The representative Renell was amazing. She was very welcoming, very friendly, very professional but most of all very compassionate and understanding of our situation. Hi. I am a business owner who has three units there going on two years. The office manager is an amazing person who has amazing customer service ethics. Very pleasant and nice person to speak to. Along with that, she keeps the property immaculate And very secure. 20 stars to her amazing customer service and management dedication.
