Very poor company, will not unlock your phone so you can switch to a company with much lower phone service. They say you have to use their service for at least 365 days before they will unlock your phone. And they don't tell you that when you get their service, stay away from metro by tmobile!!!!!!!!!

Went buy a phone and store associate or manager believe his name is David,,,telling me I can get you in a $20.00 plan, Amazon Prime, etc told him no not interested, got home manager changed my plan without my permission, I went back told him why you changed my plan he said wasn't him was Metro, I call Metro they told me we don't change plans and we don't have no $20.00 plan, whoever activated phone in store changed my plan, had to have Metro over the phone put back my original plan back was told buy phone only and call myself Metro and have them activated over the phone to avoid those problems at the store,

If I could rate this a zero I would! Literally worse customer service ever by the manager who refused to give us his name! He was super rude to my dad who just wanted clarification. If you need help DO NOT ASK THIS MANAGER! He will say “you’re not my boss” when asked basic questions.if you want to be belittled and treated poorly please come here. If you want actual help go anywhere else

I had an unfortunate experience dealing with Tony, the manager. He not only treated me poorly but was especially rude to my father. His lack of customer service skills makes him unfit for a customer-facing role. At one point, he claimed we don't pay his bills, when in reality, it's customers who keep MetroPCS running and, in turn, pay his salary. Do yourself a favor and visit a different MetroPCS store.
