I recently had the pleasure of receiving outstanding customer service from Jazlym. She assisted me in opening an account and went above and beyond to help me get approval for an auto loan. I gave it a 4 star because there is some things y’all need to work on as a branch for sure, like customer service and wait times (which is another situation of its own). However, Bri is an awesome employee so I wanted to take some time to praise her. She has helped me at this branch twice. Thankfully I’ve gotten her each time. She got my credit account set up and also helped me troubleshoot an identity verification alert that seemed to be a lengthy process but she handled it for me. Anyway I think the rest of the group could learn a thing or two from her. She’s great, and a nice kind person. Im glad y’all have her. Give her a raise!!!

I am trying to send the review to the manager of Navy Federal on North Riverview branch I like to personally think Mr Robin and Mrs Liz for their professionalism and the speedy respond to my issue. they have corrected the issue immediately without delay and I really appreciate it

BRI is who helped us out absolutely AMAZING great customer service she was so nice and answered every question we had to ask and very helpful nice friendly attitude I would definitely tell others to visit this location because of her.

My daily schedule is extremely busy and banking is some times a drain for me not when I am served by Edniqua. I really appreciate great service. Edniqua is my favorite teller at the 301 location. She is extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and professional.

I had a positive experience at this branch this morning. I needed a wire transfer and to withdraw some money. Both the person handling the wire transfer (Edniqua was her name I believe) and the teller (I’m afraid I didn’t catch her name) were so pleasant and friendly. Even the front desk person who helped me with the form made my experience today so easy and stress-free. Thank you for an overall great trip to the bank!

They have been extremely helpful even when the branch is beyond busy. From the front desk receptionist to the tellers, everyone was friendly and helpful!
