Long term member here and I just Want to say what a great studio to be apart of! Love how the station choice is up to you and you’re able to workout with your friends especially the ones you make at otf! I will say busier classes you might want to arrive a tad bit early if you’re wanting a certain station to start on but other than that I’ve never had an issue with station assignments.
The staff and members are very welcoming and always there to help. I’ve noticed when stations needed repairs they were very quick about getting it fixed!
I know every location is different but out of the studios I’ve visited this location has by far exceeded my expectation.

Gotta love the team at OTF. The members are also awesome. Coaches are good and when the music is on point you can easily push yourself to "What's Possible"
The only reason I can't give them 5 Stars is the owners need to invest into the members that invest in them.
It's not cheap and the equipment is often not fully functional. Rowers are being worked on during workout's and one of the treads are often down. Not to mention they just need the new treads. 15mph etc. Quick to the speed you want fast or slow like most other studios.
Also a little favoritism does not go unnoticed. Get there 20 minutes before class. 4 people in the studio 11 of the 13 treads taken, and one of them is broken or all 13 treads are gone and only 6 or 7 people waiting.
We moved from Chicago and I had 6 studios within 15-20 minutes from my house. Now only one. They had 2 one closed.
Oh and over 770 classes.
It started in FL I thought I was coming to the OTF mecca. Riverview LLC. Do better. Been a member for 7 years, this studio is the least invested in than all the others I have been a member at.
4 in total and have worked out at a minimum of 20.
Again it feels like we are at the broke down studio. Oh and don't be late or miss a class. $12 no matter the circumstance. Even of you booked two that day and forgot to cancel the other. Just an automatic charge.
Riverview LLC you can do better.

Been a member of OTF for almost four years. Lived in a few places and traveled, always worked out during those times. Been to over 600 classes, love that membership works at any studio. This studio has made me decide to cancel.. Horribly run, rude staff. Sad to cancel because every other studio I’ve been to has been a wonderful experience. Take my advice, this location isn’t worth your time. Maybe when I move again I’ll sign up. But I’ll never visit this location again.

I currently work here and I wanted to leave a review on how amazing the company is towards their employees.Especially for anyone who’s been wanting to join the OTF team. The Riverview Studio manager is the best manager and a great example of the companies values! I definitely recommend joining OTF as a member or a team member if you’ve been thinking about it!
