Huge shoutout to Eric at O’Reilly’s! I came in needing a new car battery, and he was extremely nice and super helpful from the moment I walked in. Not only did he help me find the right battery, but he also told me exactly where to go to get it installed. Thanks to him, my car battery issue was completely solved in under an hour. Great service, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about helping customers—thank you, Eric!

Came in here looking for a part that I did not know the name of and Eric was quick to figure out who to ask for the right answer. I was honestly really impressed with his attitude in handling my question. Good job . I’ve stopped by here several times and staff is over all very helpful and they definitely have the patience to deal with the questions that come their way. they definitely need some recognition for that!

Have had great experience in past here but today dealing with young man name William not sure if I will come back. Very curt in his responses and acted like he didn't want to be bothered. Was looking to return one part( which he did) and buy more, Because of his don't bother me attitude I will go to another parts store where my business is appreciated

This morning, my car would not start up and I figured it was the battery. The lights were flickering on so that gave me the indication that it could only be the battery. I started checking online who had the best deal for a battery and came across NAPA auto parts. They had the lowest price for the battery I needed so after getting a jump from someone. I headed over to NAPA (Brandon, FL). After purchasing the battery, I asked if anyone was kind enough to help install it for me. The employee stated that they don’t install…which was a great disappointment. I ended up just taking the battery and going back home. I started researching DIY YouTube videos to see what I needed to do and what tools to use. After watching a few videos, I got in my car and started calling around. One of my friends recommended Oreillys. They told to take a chance with Oreillys because they are more willing to take care of a customer more than the other auto parts stores. So I called this location with tears in my eyes from frustration…I spoke with a young man named Austin and I asked him if he was willing to help me install my battery even though it is from NAPA. Without any hesitation, he said bring your battery and I will help you. This brought me so much joy because I had to miss a day of work to take care of this and he was so kind to me. He was chivalrous and just so willing to help me in my time of need. Austin is only 19 years old and already understands the value of taking care of customers. I always say, you never know who you are taking good care of and who you choose to turn away. Never judge a book by its cover. I gave him a bountiful tip and I told his manager (Eric) how much I appreciate him for having compassion for me when I really needed it the most. The people that work at this location are not lazy people and they care about their customers. I told Austin that he has a customer going forward and it only took one act of kindness to win me over. His act of kindness will continue to bring more revenue to this location because not everyone is looking for a free handout. Some of us just want to know that people still care. Thank you, Austin! Thank you for reminding me that true customer service is not dead!! You did a phenomenal job! Anyone reading this…go spend your money at this location. Look for Austin and shake his hand. He is a great example of hope for this generation of young people!!

I came in Sunday afternoon, Austin and greg were so kind and helpful helping me find the correct window wiper blades for my car, I loved how they worked together to help me find what I was looking for concidering I know nothing about cars.
Austin went out of his way to help me install them, such a sweet and knowledgeable young man.

William was excellent at helping me out after a tough day of issues. Very knowledgeable and helpful. He determined I needed a new battery. Offered 4 types without being pushy. I went for the 3 years because I don't want to live that day again. Thanks, William, for your patience . He answered all my concerns and didn't have to.

ERIC is the man with the answers! Had to go back again today because the battery was holding charge. After I bought the Alternator he sent me in the right direction for installation. It's great when management gets involved to get the client the best options.
I went from 5 stars to for 4 because Clemente had a arrogant attitude when I walked in today. I ask him why he had it from the moment i came in and his partner spouted he didn't. He wasn't even there except when I ask that. I then informed him that i wasn't speaking to him and he backed off. If your a woman going in there I'd like to suggest you bypass him. We're already stressed and don't need that when were there to spend our hard earned money. There's many competitors around but I choose them because I had faith in there other reviews. I'll still go back again but they need a lesson in customer service, I don't have the answers, that your job. Listen before you assume gentleman!

Windshield wipers needed replacement - went in - counter well staffed - immediately offered several price ranges for blades (I’m no expert!!) including rear window. Immediately wipers were installed - the rear wiper arm had to be removed and technician retrieved socket wrench and took care of it! Awesome in terms of price - service - and value.
