There were very few touch-ups needed, and Mike is an excellent, transparent communicator. His team was extremely respectful and so quiet we could barely tell they were in the house. “Normally, the Ace employees will check down the aisles seeking to assist customers. This day, they(3) huddled down the main aisle, talking among themselves and watched the customers walk buy. One other employee did stop to assist. This may have been a off day when the owner, manager or supervisor was not around. If it was not for the one attentative helpful hardware person, I could have mistakingly thought I was at Walmarts.”
