Really a 10 star experience!! Found this location while looking for a FedEx dealer and I’m so happy I stumbled upon them. I had an issue with trying to return my package but Tara was AMAZING and worked with me through the whole process. She was friendly, patient and informative. Will without a doubt be back, as I’m also looking for a P.O. Box, to handle my package needs again.

The Post and Pack refuses to accept prepaid labels that are already paid for which are on the USPS Priority boxes. All other shipping places like The UPS Store accepts these things.

I never knew this place existed because I never shop in this plaza. I consider it a hidden gem! Unlike the UPS stores or the post office NO LINES !!! The staff was nice and helpful also the prices are very good. I would recommend this place and I would also recommend a quick call to make sure of their complete list os services or at least what you need. ?

And having trouble with my printer but they were so affordable to get things printed I just always send things to have them printed there. I always uploaded them from their site I never sent them to their email. Went there today to have 1 thing printed off charge me a $1.25! They said they charge a dollar for email printing I've never been charged that dollar before whenever I went there. The other lady that's waited on me before who I believe might be the owner of the store I'm not sure said that because I have never sent it to the email but I've always directly downloaded it I don't have to pay the dollar but this employee disagreed so I paid it but I won't be going back. It's sad but they'll charge you a dollar to upload when it took her less than a minute to find the file get it sent to the printer print it out and ring me up

I needed to drop something off via FedEx and didn’t really know of any in the area that was nearby. My Maps suggested this business to me because they are an authorized FedEx dealer so I was very happy because it was very close to me. The other locations were a grayer distance so this trip would’ve saved me gas.It’s part of a long strip by Bealls and Save A Lot and sits right next to a beauty supply store. When I entered, there was one person being helped before me. Once it was my turn, the older lady gave me a snarky look because of my package. The vendor has sent it to me with two boxes taped as one and FedEx was actually the one who delivered it! I did nothing else to it but bring it to be shipped back and the old lady was just not having it. She kept saying “if these two boxes get separated, FedEx will not be responsible!” And I said, “that’s how the vendor sent it to me.” And she replied with, “well you need to get another shipping label from them.” This is how they packaged it and sent it to me! I’m just returning the package back to sender. I was so frustrated and took my package home. I ended up calling the vendor and they said it was fine to ship as and I was upset because it was just more wasted time and gas.I then proceeded back to the store and wasn’t looking forward to being serviced by the same old lady and another woman came and helped with a smile and took my package! I couldn’t believe it.The old lady would have definitely cost them my future business but the other woman definitely made up for all the negative.They do have shipping materials there and cards as well as notary services. I would consider this location for my shipping needs if I don’t have to deal with that old lady again.

Tried this as an alternative to USPS since I mail packages quite often! The staff was very kind and courteous, however their shipping costs were higher than USPS, so I left and returned to the post office to mail. If standing in line bothers you and you don't mind higher costs to ship, this may be the place for you.
