This Publix location hasn't been fully renovated like some others nearby, but it's my go-to store in the neighborhood and consistently delivers great service. While they don't always offer to help load the car, in my experience, the staff is always friendly. The store is consistently clean and well-stocked with fresh food. I particularly appreciate the convenience of ordering ahead in the deli and bakery sections to avoid crowds.

Every time I go to this public for some reason the cashiers are always group together talking and not really paying attention to the customers.

Lady manger is so unprofessional she tried to be tough as a manger not knowing she sounds so bad, no morals and lied and refused to give medication because not a customer. But yet in their system. I can tell she doesn’t like black people

Instead of not tell you the truth . They lie and not willingly to straighten things out. The staffing is so bad they need to close this place down .. they all think you’re calling for medication but it’s their system and staffing making owners of Publix so bad . They told me they had prescription but for others I understand but don’t try out your medication on the wait list

I avoid this pharmacy at all cost… the pharmacist is beyond rude and the entire staff is lazy and incompetent. All of my meds that get sent there either get lost or deleted

Their prices are more expensive for groceries now than Target. If you can believe it! I still shop some of my groceries here. It's always been clean and well-organized. But the prices keep me away.

This store has upgraded with self checkout lanes, but still has a 10 or less checkout lane open ?♀️. Meanwhile, the regular checkout lane, for people with a buggy full of groceries, has several people standing in line?♀️. Seems to me Publix would do as other Publix, in the area, and get rid of 10 for less lane, and have 2 regular checkout lanes available. There is no need for a 10 or less lane when have self checkout lanes open for small amounts of purchases. Am I the only person who notices this? Plus, I've had a disagreement with one of the cashiers over this. She was doing nothing but standing at the 10 or less register doing nothing, and refused to ring up my items. Made me go to the regular lane. I reported her to team leader as well. Now, I only go if less than 10 items, and I go through self checkout lane.

Order meds in advance, wait 3 days to give them time to fill. Go to pick up and they are short one prescription, they tell me I'll either have to wait 1 hour or come back in an hour later to get it as they have other people ahead of me. 1 hour in hot sun for 30 pills that were ordered days in advance, smh! Maybe it's time for a new pharmacy!

I first stepped into my first Publix in Tallahassee in 1971 since then I have been a PUBLIX-only kind of guy, That ended today - No it was not sudden PUBLIX has been losing its magic for the last several years ... The customer service has been at BEST lack luster - When you said something was miss rung , they checked now it is THE COMPUTER IS RIGHT --- I am done , and not just the Grocery section the Pharmacy has been losing it -- OK go a head try calling and talking to a Pharmacists no they will not hang up but IF THEY ANSWER they put you on hold and NEVER come back --- VERY SAD the GOOD NEWS -- WINN DIXIE is across the street

Whoever was working the seafood section on Mother's Day was extremely rude. Instead of educating or saying I don't know they chose to state they don't eat what I purchased. If you don't want to be working don't go in.

Have used this pharmacy twice now- the first time I had no problems, but today they made a big mistake that could have been dangerous for my dog. I picked up hydrocodone for my 16lb dog and they wrote the dosage for 5x her actual dose! Thankfully I had had it filled previously at Costco so I knew the correct dosage, but if this had been my first time filling this prescription or if I decided to just trust the dosage instead of reaching out to my vet to confirm which was correct, I could have given my dog a potentially dangerous dose! I will be reaching out to Publix today after their lunch break to let them know they need to be more careful, but I wanted to write this review for others so they know to double check their prescription doses- from this or any pharmacy!

Picked up a birthday cake last week that seemed it was made by a 2yr old child. I can not even understand how a person had the nerves to put that disaster of a cake inside a box. Horrible. First and last time
