I can't express how many times instacart at this store for some reason has missing items. Plus. Parking issues because everyone parks in those pick up spots even though it is not a regular parking spot. I use instacart for convenience in order to save time. I now check my order before I leave because for some reason things go missing.
When I went up to the customer service counter the customer service associate was not helpful. She immediately told me to go grab the items. I told her to at least check the shelf for me, just in case. She told me it wasnt there after checking and I had to go find what was missing. It did take a few extra minutes to find it myself and then wait at the counter because the girl left and another customer was there now being helped. While my frozen items are out. I was already frustrated after work because my shoulder had been strand the other day.
I work in customer service. I respect people who do it but not when it feels like I'm inconveniencing them.

IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD!! I normally order my lunch and shop here NEVER AGAIN!
TODAY I ORDERED THE MOST SIMPLE SANDWICH (turkey cheese & lettuce).Instead I got a sandwich full of huge onions which I can’t eat…. ME trusting Publix to hopefully get it right the second time I ordered again another sandwich in the garbage. No lunch for me today plus a huge waste on money. Thanks Publix for truly disappointing a once Loyal customer. ??

I usually always have a great experience here but today was not IT! I had my 3 kids today so my hand were full not to mention I couldn’t fit too much into my cart because I had my new born and toddler in the cart. I decided to go to the 10 or less line because there was only 1 other line that was open with multiple people in line. I had about 16 items which were small but I needed to get in and out and Pamela decided to open her line so I went in it. She was very uninterested to take me, she said, “You know this is 10 items or less right?” I replied yes but the other line has too many people and I have 3 kids I didn’t want to go to self check out with my items. She then points to the girl next to her and says this one is open, BUT OKAY!! Very rude customer service. I told her to have an amazing day. Praying that she’s not like this with everyone.
