Erick M. is a high quality professional technician. Erick had every opportunity to sell me a more expensive service (windshield replacement) which I would have probably paid for. However, Erick assessed my vehicle and assured me a replacement was completely unnecessary and he could fix the leak with a simple repair. Erick explained what he observed as the issue and showed evidence for it, explained how this probably occurred to my vehicle, described what steps he would take to make the repair before performing any work, and then graciously answered any questions I raised as he performed the work and encourage me to watch. Couldn't be happier with the service, and about 6 months later I haven't had any additional problems with water leaks in that windshield. I highly recommend them.Service: Water leak repair

Called around to multiple small and large shops to do a cash windshield replacement on a ‘97 Jeep Cherokee. Real Auto Glass came in the cheapest and provided great service. Scheduling was easy and the lady was very courteous and professional even with some unusual questions about tracking down extra rubber trim for other windows. I was on the schedule for the day of my choosing and Erick Merklein gave me courtesy call and arrived during the scheduled window. He was awesome and had my windshield replaced with new rubber in maybe 30 minutes. He even took the time to help identify locations for a water intrusion problem I have been fighting. Definitely will hang onto his card in case I need more work done on my project car.

Had an act of vandalism leave us with no car. Rear window (Honda CRV) is not a deductible free glass in Florida, so I was VERY interested in obtaining the BEST price possible without compromising QUALITY.

Real Auto Glass is a great company. Over the phone Claudia is very nice and helpful. Erick came out to our house to check out our cracked windshield.. He was very nice also. They had our replacement windshield ordered and delivered so fast. Erick came out to replace it.. He was very knowledgeable, my boyfriend and I were outside watching him replace it.. it was really interesting. The work was done perfectly!!

Had an act of vandalism leave us with no car. Rear window (Honda CRV) is not a deductible free glass in Florida, so I was VERY interested in obtaining the BEST price possible without compromising QUALITY. Claudia gave me a quote which almost stopped my heart and then scheduled the repair for the first thing the following day. I could not image anyone could be so competitive in their pricing and still offer top notch glass and service! Erick arrive exactly at the time scheduled and began performing the job. He was VERY professional and personable. He described every task he was performing and explained why each step was critical to a top quality repair. Only by doing things as meticulously as he did, could they offer the top notch lifetime leak guarantee... He cleaned the glass from the car interior as well as the hatchback frame. Not a single sound of tumbling glass shards could be heard! We were delighted with the end product and have made Real Glass our Go-To glass company from this day forward! Highly recommended!
