Small Business Customer. Made a 1pm appointment (a week out because there were no other appointments). Arrived a few minutes early. Checked in with teller staff and was told 2 people were ahead of us and one banker was on break. I’m not quite sure why an appointment if necessary if walk ins will be taken before appointments. Second banker comes back from lunch at 115pm and does not acknowledge. We left at 120pm. I’m a business person and if a business doesn’t seem to want my business I’m going somewhere else.

Lisette is cold, rude, and combative. I hope that whatever issue she has with her coworker leaving early for the day is resolved soon, so that it doesn’t interfere with customer relations. If I wasn’t in a bind where I was forced to bank there because of her writing on the back of my check without my knowledge, I’d surely be banking elsewhere. I won’t be returning to this branch, and I hope that this isn’t the way Regions runs their banks as a whole. Their only saving grace was Delilah‘s kindness and seemingly genuine interest in me as a potential customer.

I love the Winthrop Branch of Regions. I have always gotten person attention, the staff is friendly and they have always been accurate with me. Lissette is amazing and very helpful, and today when she was busy, Dalila helped me with a Wire Transfer. I rarely have to wait at this branch, and give them 5 stars for Service. It is always clean and orderly, and they even have lollipops!

I visited your branch for the first time yesterday and was so impressed with the wonderful customer service I received !!!...Both Isabella and Giselle??, went above and beyond to help with a complicated transaction I was doing for a friend of mine !...thank you to you both for your kindness and for making this a pleasant banking experience !!!

I have visited this particular branch on several occasions. I continue to receive awesome customer service with both a personal account and a business account. Lissette offers, courteous and thorough assistance with any banking questions you might have. I will continue to frequent this branch and lead all my family and friends know as well

Brandon has got to be the most incompetent worker you guys have there with the worst customer service. After he set up my account wrong, per customer service, my account was closed without notification or reason and the deposit was sent via cashiers check on 04/20. Which I never received. I reached out to customer service who directed me to the branch. Once I spoke with the branch, Lauren advised that I could go to any branch to receive my deposit back. I went back to Winthrop Branch on 5/12 where Brandon advised me that they couldn’t do anything and would give a call back same day once the manager puts a stop payment on the check. After a week without a call back, I called in today where Brandon said they had to wait on the check to return before they can do a stop payment. Which does not make any sense because the address is correct which was verified with customer service prior to reaching out to the branch. After I told him the address was correct, he then told me the same exact thing he told me on 05/12, “he will give me a call back today when the manager puts a stop on the check”. Which means absolutely NOTHING was don’t between 05/12 and 05/22 and nothing probably will be done today. I will be reaching out to corporate.

Terrible customer service experience! I walked into branch to withdrawal cash since I lost my wallet (including all forms of ID) just to be told “I can’t help you” by the Teller, Chrissy, since I did not have a Regions debit card or ID. I leave the branch and called Region’s customer service who informed me that I could withdrawal cash if I lost my wallet and ID or could could be issued a permanent card (if I had ID) and the Town Center branch. Although I did not have ID for a permanent card, the Town Center branch was able to handle my withdrawal without any issues.I went back to this location and explained my dissatisfaction with the service. The supervisor, Marcial, responded that the transaction with the Town Center branch was against Region’s policy since I did not have a debit card or ID for security purposes. I find that hard to believe as I’m certain I’m not the only Region’s customer who’s lost their wallet and ID. I’ve also went to my primary bank, Fifth Third, for the same withdrawal - no problems.Overall, a disappointing experience for such a great location, yet such terrible and inconvenient service.

"Smart" ATM cannot count. Tried to short my deposit attempted 3 different ways. Somehow managed to miscount 3 bills when I attempted to break it down into very small transactions.

I have had no complaints for this regions until recently but it is a ridiculous hassle/inconvenience dealing with this Branches ATM. In over a month I have had to walk inside every single time I needed to deposit because rhe ATM keeps returning my money 100% of the time. You think this would br a problem that is solved quickly.

For months i cash my check every sat there . Then this sat the teller and the manager decide I cant. Should of went to a differnt branch. Seriously may be switching bamks ! 😡
