All the banker are nice, they move fast and help you quickly in the inside and the drive thru. They are very professional. Great thing at this location is that you can get a debit card replacement the same day. They print them out on the spot at this location.

The team at the Big Bend Road Branch has always been great to work with. The Branch Manager recently helped me through a stolen check situation and was extremely knowledgeable about how to resolve the issue.

This is one of the best banks ever! My company banks with Regions and so do I. This particular location on Big Bend is amazing. These ladies (& Kerry) always go above and beyond! They truly make my day! They all know me by name! Excellent service!

The location on Big Bend supports a very poor customer service climate in my opinion. Because of the very poor customer service, I closed my four accounts and moved to another bank. I am sharing so others can be made aware and not have the same experienced ☹️

Been in this branch quite a few times. The three different employees that I have encountered are rude. They act as if they don't want to be there.
I definitely will be going out of my way to go to the Bloomingdale Regions bank. They are much nicer and have a will to help.

If you are looking for a bank to hold your money anytime that you really need it, Regions is the choice for you. If you’re looking for a bank that stands on business, DO NOT bank at Regions. After 10 years of banking with them, it has been one let down after another.

The Branch Manager is not customer service oriented and as long time customer, I was very disappointed in his demeanor towards a Senior Citizen and Veteran. I will be leaving Regions Bank because of this.

Sometime you wonder why you're a customer of a bank that closes early and never open on Saturdays and then during Covid time, impossible to get in because you had to make almost a week or two in advance appointment. Sometime I wish I never started my business with them, so now I don't have to have a difficult time getting into the branches because every time I drive by, they're close.This is every Region's branch, what a joke Bank. Time to change

The bankers here are lovely, but the tellers are awful. You should never feel uncomfortable withdrawing your own money. I’ve been with Regions for over seven years and recently relocated. This is now my primary location, and I am considering closing my account.
