Worst place ever to get eye brows done! No matter how many photos you show them if what you want they still come out two different eye brows and nothing like the photos then they always want to thin it out or don’t see the horrible job they do! IF YOU DINT KNOW HOW TO DO WHAT IS ASKED of you in photo DONT SAY YES! Not the first time I’ve had to let my eye brows grow three times this year same crap each time same place! No more chances they suck! And it stinks in there

Straight garbage of a place. The same man that put these as a new set and charged me 50.00 for brand new set a few weeks ago , quoted me 70.00 for a fill in in the same set. I honestly feel he did it purposely and did not want to do my nails. They are rude and all they do is talk, talk talk and very loud. As customers we want a relaxing atmosphere .. The fat guy ( manager ) told me if I didn’t like it there go somewhere else.. They are just a horrible business. They didn’t care for my business after I sent many people there. Now I’ll make sure I don’t send anyone there. 70.00 for a fill ?? You guys suck !!!

Love this place Mary and the family take care of my elderly mother and I as if we were VIPS. I appreciate their honesty on if they are busy, they will tell you and ask to schedule or comeback tomorrow. Unlike the other fancy places on Big Bed who will tell you pick a color sit down it will be 15 min, then have you wait 1hr! The place may not have the GLAM that the newer near by have but her prices are not inflated either. They do great work!

The owner doesn't connect with the needs of her client. She was very rough when doing my nails, even though I'm a senior and I told her that the treatment was hurting a lot. This was when taking the nails off. She was oblivious and did not respond never apologized. I have gave this place fair chances, more than 5 opportunities and didn't improve but worsened. Poor people skills.

I stopped in Friday afternoon to get a gel mani and regular pedi. There was only a short wait before I got a chair. My manicure came out nice. I told my pedicurist that I had arthritis in my feet so they can be sensitive. He was very gentle and made the experience pleasant (sometimes it can be excruciating). My only complaint is the price. The price for a gel mani and regular pedi was $50, which is about $13 more than in NY.

I'm from Virginia, came down to visit my mom. I needed to get gel manicure and pedicure. my sister recommended Rosy nail salon. she and my 90 year old love this place. they are so sweet and respectful to my mom. very tender in how they care for her. my sister mentioned if was a but outdated but she lived the results. I went there with appt scheduled. Mary was excellent! very nice and courteous . the work was impeccable. I will be come here every month when I visit mom. price was the best around. half of what I pay in VA. so this makes up for the outdated decor but the pedicure chairs are excellent too. friendliest staff ever. treated me like family. I will be back every month. I highly recommend this place to anyone ge wants and appreciate excellent and no frills mani and pedi, reg or gel.

This really is a hidden gem amongst a plethora of nail salons. I'm reluctant to share for losing all that makes this a great nail salon such as no waits, great nail work and prices! There are tons of other better looking nail salons with a huge varieties in services but NONE with better service and prices than this place. You won't get a deluxe pedi here but you will get a really good one. You won't find a fancy nail salon in the least but you will find quality and very nice owners.
