I have been in this location more than a few times. Today being my last. I entered the store and the male clerk who was in the register area walks away, out of site, in the back storage area I guess. I walked around looking for something specific and could have used some assistance. He walks back out a few minutes later down the next aisle. When he gets back to the register I said good morning. I know he heard me as I was not standing that far away. He clearly sees me but doesn’t respond. I walk to the front area and look at some other items. He never says anything, Not even as I was leaving the store. It’s very bad for business to have rude unprofessional unpleasant employees. Because of that I will take my business elsewhere.

I like the convenience and location. The store is clean, stocked and the professional staff is very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.

Went into Sally Beauty store on Tuesday on Big Ben Riverview on 10/25/22 in the evening. As soon as I walked in--I was greeted by Casandra. Her and Noely who were working together that evening made a great team. I was desperate for an OPI nail polish color called Mandarin, but they did not have this color. I asked Casandra if she could call the other Sallie stores to see if they had it. She called three different Sallie stores and was on the phone for a while. She did the phone call with a pleasant smile and was very patient on the wait time. Meanwhile- Noely continued to help other customers, helping meet their needs and ringing them up all with a smile and very pleasant as well. You do not get much customer service these days, but these two ladies were outstanding. The other stores also did not have the color I was looking for--but I found a color close to the Mandarin color in Riverview. The nail polish is ASP Long Wear Polish and the name of the nail polish that was closest to the Mandarin color was called Hot Mess--and it was a pretty close match. Finally, my time spent there over 30 minutes was pleasant, a lot of fun and my nail polish need was met. I am a happy customer of Sallies on Big Ben in Riverview. Do not visit the Riverview location as this store hours for closing time is incorrect!!!!!!!!! I arrived at 7:08 pm this evening due to the google time reporting .The closing time states 8 pm and cashier informs me that they are closed .I guess Google didn't get that memo !!!

If you’re in a hair emergency this is NOT the location to go to. The staff is friendly but there are so many operational issues regarding the tender/card reader, stock allocation, cash on hand, etc. Every-time I come to this location there’s a problem with the alarm system, the door being jammed shut, the store not opening on time, the card reader isn't working, there’s not enough cash on hand, and the list goes on and on. Like I said friendly staff but the regional manager has failed this team. They are not receiving support nor are they set up for success.

I didn't catch his name, he's been a hair stylist for 19 years and was previously in a different store, I came in for blue hair dye but desperately wanted to bleach my hair too, I have PTSD of my hair frying and falling out, becoming brittle and dry afterwards etc, he recommended a bleach cream hair bleach protection and a couple other things, I was able to do everything by myself by carefully following his instructions which he told me twice, thank God, because I have horrible memory but I went home excited and confident. I'm happy to say SOMEHOW, I didn't think this was possible, my hair came out bouncy, silky shiny soft and the color came out amazing. Because my roots were yellow and I added blue, it came out a little green which obviously will happen when adding blue on yellow, but the ends soaked up the blue, giving it a balayage look which i love. Thank you for taking time to talk to me, I spent $58 and was able to bleach my hair and color it without any hair fallout and it's soooooo soft! Wish I caught your name when I was in there so I could give full credit.

Greeted when I walked in. Helped while i stood directly next to a product i needed? Not sure why we are being charged for bags now but...that's not on the employees.
