I witnessed someone stealing at this Sam’s Club and immediately went to report it. The person walked out with unpaid merchandise — a large pack of beef, to be exact.
The first employee I told actually told me to call the police, as if I work there. I was stunned. I am reporting a theft, and instead of acting with urgency, the employee shrugged it off.
I then went to customer service, where the employee at least responded with more concern and took me more seriously.
I asked to speak to a manager, which still took longer than it should have. When the manager finally arrived, there was still no real urgency. He seemed unsure of what to do and only mentioned checking the cameras after I had to repeat myself.
This is a serious security issue, and their lack of response was unacceptable. I pay far too much money, including a membership fee, to be subjected to this kind of negligence.
Sam’s Club clearly has a severely LACKING LOSS PREVENTION TEAM and POOR TRAINING when it comes to handling real-time incidents.
If I can witness someone walking out with unpaid items and get brushed off while trying to do the right thing, that tells me a lot about their priorities.
Do better!!!!!

Waited curbside for 30 mins for a single pack of hotdogs that never came out, had to literally walk up and wait at the employee store entrance to get help, not to mention they marked the order was picked up which was inaccurate. Defeats the purpose of paying extra on my membership for curbside

Terrible customer service. The store closed at 6:00 p.m. My husband left his wallet in the car. They wanted me to leave the store without the food cart because it was 6:05 p.m. It's a disaster to see Sam's Club with these employees.

Waited 3 hours for my order I placed the day before, called twice to customer support desk, talked to 3 employees about the status of my order and it never came all after a 13 hour shift of work. Don’t ever rely on this store.

Just say NO Truck drivers. Awful place to unload. Inexperienced Swift day cab drivers will wake you up in the middle of the night so they can take your spot! Deliver here? Never again! It’s nice when you have a choice!

DELIVERY DRIVES BEWARE. If you come on time for your appt to deliver. They'll let you sit so they can unload swift trucks ahead of you! They make appt times and don't stick to them. But if YOU show up late, just like every other place that DEPENDS on you for products on the shelf. That's looked down. Don't make appts you can't keep!

Optical is closed on Sundays as of 7/2024. Maps' hours were incorrect for that dept.

This is the best Sam’s club I have been to I have been to 4 Sam’s clubs and this is the best one the food is great the service is great it’s a good shooing place and there is main brand food and drinks.
