This place is the worst. I went in the store for probably 40 minutes with four employees sitting around on their phones and no one ever said a word to me. I tried to ask a question twice and got very little help. They just weren’t interested. Find a different location.!

We arrived at this location wanting to switch our family plan from Verizon to tmobile. We were helped by Alex. He was amazing. He switched us over. We got 3 new phones,screen protectors,chargers all for around 160.00. I don't know why we left mobile to begin with. But we are so happy to be back with mobile. Thanks alex!!!!

We were in dire need to activate our new Tmobile phones switching from a competitor. We have been trying to active over phones for two weeks but didn't have any success until we came in this store. It's started with the help from Daru and finished up on the next day with the store manager Kevin Knox to sort out our plans and gave us guidance to maximize our benefits from the switch over..Thank you for your customer service.

Customer service was great! Went in to upgrade my phone and got helped right away. The helpful representative made sure I got all my questions answered and transferred all my information to my new phone. However I have to take points off because the bathrooms were disgusting! Otherwise I will be back again

Customer service is the best! I had gotten stuck in traffic and got there about 15 mins b4 they closed. They did not rush and stayed giving best Customer service with a smile!

Had an absolutely fantastic experience as soon as my son and I walked into this T-Mobile location. Jimmy and Matthew were extremely helpful with getting us set up with two new phones, one being lost and one as a trade. They were both knowledgeable, friendly and attentive to our needs.

This is a friendly tmobile store the workers were really nice knew everything there was to know about the product they were selling which is a plus, prices are a little high but the service on the phones is great they do run deals so that's cool.

Not the store the company charged me $50 for home internet I returned and canceled over 2 weeks ago and I was on the phone for over an hour for a refund and still have to go into the store because they failed to help me

Just returned from this location and had to change my review. I think this is the first time I've ever had a not so pleasant interaction there..I quickly stopped by to pickup a reward that Loren told me would be available today.Some older gentleman to my right asked if he could help me as I walked into the store.I told him the reason for my visit he said that that would be available NEXT Tuesday. Would not have been a big deal. Other than the fact that I was just given incorrect information. It was the tone in the attitude of this person and some female, who were sitting in a cluster of Tmobile workers in the back that had nothing to do with our conversation decided to chime in and told me that I "Could check the app". I guess she didn't realize that SHE was getting ready to get checked....therefore I subsequently told her that , "I came in because I was told that it was available today". She had nothing to do with what I was discussing with the other gentleman...but I guess if you don't have anything else to do with your time to sit back in the corner, giggling and BS-ing with your coworkers, you can chime in on conversations that DO NOT involve you!"Wrong person....wrong day!I guess someone needs a lesson minding their own damn business!
