Poor customer service never happened to me before until today ,The new lady hired followed me from behind the counter into the back acting as if there was something to stock. I assume she thought i was going to steal, I grabbed my drink and walked towards the register to pay for it the lady then asked for my id which I gave to her (“I am over the age of 21”)then proceeded to ask my wife for Hers I see no Reason for a cashier to be asking for two ids when she already verified that I am 21 after I told her that I was not gonna give her my wife id She then claims to say that I can’t use my wife debit card to pay for the drink horrible service

The only reason I keep coming back here is because of Ro.She makes me feel so important and the appreciation I am shown and my son is shown when I have to bring him in with me is so appreciated. She deserves a raise because she is why I choose this store over any other local liquor stores. Ro is a great asset to star liquorsShe is amazing and I love this store and the variety it has as well compared to other liquor stores

I could shop at two other liquor stores but, I choose star liquor on big bend for the customer service. Ro is so sweet. She will suggest different things that she has tried that she likes, she's always smiling and willing to help you find what you're looking for. She also knows what the store carries and is just good people. I always leave the store with a smile and a good laugh. I also have to mention O, he also always has a smile on his face. This is my neighborhood liquor store!
