I recently reopened my account with Suncoast Credit Union after moving back to the area, and Caleb made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He was personable, easy to talk to, and very knowledgeable about my needs and questions. It’s rare to meet someone who combines professionalism with such a genuine, friendly attitude. Took a friend who is elderly through the drive through this morning and the teller Toni Ann was awful. Her personality/mannerism sucked and her she spoke meanly. If she hates her job she should quit, not hide behind a screen so she can act unprofessional.

Riverview branch is horrible, always lines, no good customer service their phones lines are no different, not too many knowledgeable people who are able to truly answer all questions, tellers (Jasmine) play favorites and call people who are behind the line because they know them, very unprofessional and acting very unapologetic, not even a word why this is being done or “sorry she had previous business, etc “ makes other customers feel uncomfortable and unimportant, and honestly this attitude I have been experiencing in all communications with the bank all throughout phone and in person. Do not recommend this bank for their customer service, expect to be treated dismissive!

The two times I've actually walked into this bank I had to wait over 90 minutes to get help. They are slow and terribly understaffed all the time.
