Told to go inside a branch to set up an ACH payment, which honestly should be able to be done through the app for something so simple. Wasted my time having to see someone for something so simple. Been waiting at this branch for over 15 minutes now.

Nicole at this branch is amazing she literally took 1 hour to resolve a confusing situation with a check. Extremely professional, courteous team here at this Truist branch from the tellers to management. I wish this branch was closer to where I live!

The branch manager is a little on the Rude side. Place is virtually deserted. Branch manager and three employees that's it.

I've been banking here for years, about 15. This used to be a friendly, fast bank to deal with but it has gone downhill in the last couple years. It's 12:30pm and I'm in lunch break standing in line watching 1 slow, extremely slow, bank clerk just dragging along and chit chatting while 3 customers waiting. I'm already mad they started closing at 4pm instead of 5pm. They are in a convenient location so I deal with. I hope BB&T will improve.
