It is not very often you get the level of service you expect from a company. These days many are caught up in the numbers and trying to figure out how they can squeeze the next penny out of you. Well this was certainly not the case yesterday when I visited this T-Mobile store. While the wait to speak to someone was a little long, the experience with the representative totally made up for that. They had 3 representatives working yesterday and just overhearing the conversation they were all having with their customers made it clear that they enjoyed what they were doing. To James who help me with my eSIM yesterday and his peers who supported him through the process, a HUGE thank you. You level of engagement was great and for that I am truly grateful.

If I would have known would have never come here or to the one on bloomingdale , they’re owned by the SAME owner she never wants to own up to her or her employees huge mistakes. No one takes accountability. T-Mobile as a whole is a terrible company because you could call customer support all you want., stay for hours multiple calls and people & everyone just tells you handle with the store. BUT THE STORE MANAGER AND HIS SUPERIORS dodge issues! So it’s a vicious cycle, they’re no corporate number either! You’re screwed, everything could be going well for you now, but in a blink of an eye there’s an issue. I haven’t had an issue in the 8 years I’ve been with them. I added a line & it messed up everything! No one returns your calls. Just avoid T-Mobile as a whole but this and Bloomingdale’s location as a whole. Trust me. One headache after another. The turn over is crazy so no one know what they’re doing outside of the basics. If you’re doing a trade in be careful. Also they lie here a lot to get their sales up.

THIS IS NOT A CORPORATE STORE!!! i wish they would advertise that it isn’t a corporate store because they’re not honest and lord knows what they’ll add onto your account, i came in for an upgrade and they added 3 lines to my account.

I purchased an iPhone 15 Pro, the “boss” of the store or I don't know exactly who he was, was very annoyed that the guy who served me spent time with me to help me set it up. He pushed the guy who served me away, piled my things aside and asked me if I wanted a bag. He basically kicked me out of the store. I had to ask him for the purchase receipt, I don't know why he didn't want to give it to me. When I got home I realized that in the rush to send me away he didn't give me the wall charging socket I had paid for, I had to go back to the shop to get it. The guy who served me initially was very kind and deserves 100 stars but please replace manager.

Hands down awesome customer service. Thank you, James and Marie, for helping me get my new phone and transfer done today! My kids were WILD while I was working to get this process done, and the two of you were kind and patient, completely understanding and helpful. Thank yall so so much!! Excellent customer service ? I was dreading this process today, and now I'll have a less stressful outlook bc the two of you made it happen so effortlessly. And my mom that passed, well all here important memories will continue on with me (stored in my new phone). That help right there, priceless ?

When T-Mobile flipped the switch for the old Sprint phones to deactivate in May, forcing me to get a new phone, I wasn't too happy. I can't remember who helped me, but when I came in, the manager on duty and the other associate were extremely helpful and understanding and got me set up with little to no hassle. Thank you!
