Pretty efficient but definitely not as quick as advertised. It’s called Take 5, but I was told it would take 10 mins, but it took closer to 15-20 mins per car.

1st time trying this place was impressed with the speed and service quality, saved me 2 hours setting at the other service shop. I was in and out in about 20 mins.

Manny and crew at the Riverview location are awesome!! The staff are so nice and helpful. They helped resolve the oil issue my son had on his 2021 VW Jetta. Highly recommend them.

Took 50 mins with only one car in the bay before me. Then staff was pretty rude about my oil preference. Didn't take the time to explain anything just pushy. I have been here a couple times but this will be my last time. The attitude was unnecessary.

Usually I have a great experience here. The last time I had an oil change, they did not put the oil plug gasket back on. I usually pull into my garage but happened to back in this day. I found the oil all over my garage. The guys that identified and fixed it were fantastic. Would have been nice if they at least offered a free oil change even if just for the inconvenience of making me have to com back, and now I have to get something to clean the oil off my garage floor.

My experience was great. I had a little hiccups when I first pulled up because one of the guys told me they couldn’t change my cabin filter, but Ednardo made sure that he had someone proficient enough to be able to assist me and got it changed everyone seem to work pretty good together….. And this is for the Riverview location
