Stop hiring angry black women as employees, I insured a package for shipping and needed to drop the package at a certain location to make sure they would insure it properly per their policy. One employee said let me look up the location for you which was nice. The black woman said " let him Google it" to discourage the other from assisting me, immediately following the other employees' statement to assist.

I’ve been to this location twice within the same week and by looking at the most recent reviews, I can tell we got the same store associate who was rude. Snatching my items and/or speaking in an unpleasant tone telling me to place my items down. Going to another location from now on.

I only use go to this UPS as it is the closest and most convenient, however they are not the most pleasant or customer friendly. Many times I end up having to go to a different location or to the post office . They do not know how to do stuff and are not bother to figure out how to do it. The lady is the worst. I am not sure if she is the manager but she is terrible at customer service. The younger gentlemen at least try but when asking her for help she is very unhelpful.

Rude, not helpful and brash. The Indian employee needs to work on her customer service skills.
Next time someone walks in and spends money let the customer know their transaction was completed don’t just walk away and work on something else . Also, tell them thanks for coming have a nice day . This is common courtesy common knowledge

Took the time out to drive here to hear my box is not sealed as if I couldn’t see the box wasn’t sealed. That Indian lady’s energy was rude and she moved slow like she didn’t want to be there

Usually never have a problem and is my go to UPS store but today I went in for some Amazon returns. The lady who helped me wouldn’t touch anything she kept saying place it there (on the scale) and would use a bag like a glove to pick the stuff up. And then something fell out of one of the returns and she grabbed a bag and picked it up by a corner as if she was disgusted to even be touching it with a bag. Pretty sure she’s in the wrong line of work if she’s going to be so picky about touching things. Or she needs to get gloves and have them on prior to the customer walking in.

This used to be a good store few months ago when the guys were working. The employee (black lady as i don't know her name) is extremely rude and doesn't know how to talk to customer. If you have personal problem with dealing with people, stay at home. There are many who would happily take your job. It wasn't just me, a customer prior to me also faced the same rude behavior.
