The nightime staff is pretty amazing! The daytime staff is mostly okay, depending on what day it is. Staff keeps the store and restrooms pretty well clean. I visit Thornton's everyday, most days multiple times a day.

When I try to use my coupons in the store, they don't go through and get erased.. Very aggravating.. Original app was so much better..
