When I first moved into these apartments in 2020 they looked like a 4 star apartment complex, now the stairs are so dirty and the complex looks ghetto. I have called the office multiple times to advise them that they need to do a better job of power washing the building and the stairs at least once a week at least however, they have not done so with the amount of money we all pay to live here I feel like they should have enough money to be able to power wash once a week the stairs get filthy, and the people who do the valet trash break the bags, and that leaves leakage all over the stairways if you guys are going to charge over $2000 a month in rent why don't you utilize some of those funds to keep the grounds looking like a five-star place like you claim to be the neighbors always reek of marijuana and there's always marijuana smell coming into my apartment which is unacceptable take better care of the property I know there has been an influx of rent all over but I feel like these apartments are not worth $2000 a month take your business elsewhere they do not listen to your concerns and disregard them the leasing office workers are rude and very dismissive.

My boyfriend and I really enjoyed viewing apartments! Marielle giacobello was our leasing consultant and was so funny and amazing and made the viewing not awkward at all (like they typically are).

Lived here for a year. Condos are nice size with nice finishes and fixtures. However, the outdoor grounds and bldg hallways are not kept tidy. If they cleaned up more, empty trash cans, pick up trash in common areas, it would be a nicer place. It is located directly next to the interstate so traffic noise is constant.

The clubhouse and pool area is very beautiful. I really enjoy the lakes and wildlife (lots of ducks and rabbits). The apartment is spacious and was pristine upon arrival. The management informed us that the balconies were being renovated, but never specified how long. They had no problem charging us for an amenity that we couldn't use for several months. We decided to renew due to the pandemic and were promised a carpet cleaning that never happened. As a result of the construction, I had to replace the tires on my SUV seven times within the construction period because of all the loose nails and screws. In the past three months, the fire alarms would sound frequently, randomly, and at the worst possible times (midnight, 5am, and even all day long). There is dog p*** everywhere. When my parents came to visit, I wanted to take them to grill by the pool and have a nice afternoon. I invited two of my friends and we hung out at the pool for several hours then decided to go in the clubhouse for a game of pool. Ericka approached me 15 minutes before her work day was over and yelled at me saying that I was only allowed 2 guests (we had been there for hours) and spoke to me like I was a child. Two days ago, I discovered maggots in the outside garbage. I took it to the "carwash" provided, bleached it and sprayed it down. They were back the very next day. I live on the 4th floor and was trying to have furniture delivered and the elevators were broken, that was three weeks ago. We also pay for a gated community, however, the gates are ALWAYS open. Overall, I am very disappointed in management and would not consider this "luxury living" once-so-ever.

This complex is basically like living at a resort. Wonderful pool to swim in and lakes to walk around. Very friendly neighbors and quiet community. Love seeing all the marsh rabbits! The front office is very approachable and willing to help however they can. Dana was amazing when we needed to tour during the quarantine phases. Matt was awesome when we needed help problem solving during the beginning of our move in and getting settled. I have easily talked a few times with Danny, too. Aurelio is so friendly and helpful when he comes to do any work needed in the apartment!

I have had the absolute best experience dealing with Dana and my recent relocation and move in at The Enclave! Even during a global pandemic, Dana found a way to zoom a preview of my apartment and made the move in so seamless. Any issues she has immediately and expertly handled. She is always ready with a smile and friendly demeanor.

I've lived here for a year. Things were AMAZING when I first moved here. I'm not sure why, but this complex has started to go downhill. About six months ago a guy moved upstairs. Since then my apartment reeks of cigarettes and weed. These walls are so thin that several times a month I have to listen to him beat the crap out of his spouse. Recently I walked out of my apartment and there was an infestation of maggots outside my door. They were coming from the garbage can of the lady that lives in the apartment infront of mine. I rushed back inside and noticed some maggots had made it into my apartment!!! We cleaned up the area where the maggots invaded. I let the office know, they send a maintenance man to take out the woman's trash. I told the office I was concerned about the woman because I hadn't seen her in about four days, which is how long that trash had been out there. I recommended that someone check on her and her family. The office staff made it sound as if that garbage was mine and I caused the maggots!!! This happened on the 1st of July. I still haven't seen the woman and I'm pretty sure there is an infestation of maggots in her apartment. If they crawled into my apartment, they must've crawled into hers, and no one has been there to clean it up. My kids and I were on a walk the other day and there was garbage everywhere. McDonald's bags, Starbucks cups, I even saw a condom in the bushes!!! Lastly...my AC has broken down about 7 times since living here. It once started to leak freon I had to send my kids to their dads house as I was told I had to let the toxic fumes empty out into my apartment. My AC was out for two days until they part they needed arrived. They "fixed it" but it has broken down three more times since then. A lot of issues for $1700 a month. Unfortunately, before the maggots incident I renewed for 7 more months Don't do it!!! You can find something cheaper for the same quality of life. DEFINITELY not "luxury living" The only good thing is the pool.

Bad bug problem. Rude sarcastic front office. My key has not worked for like the 5th time and I problems all the time with this place and I'm tired of it. Can't wait till my lease is up

Nightmare community. Horrible management. The riff raff that lives here is even worse. The construction noise is unbearable. Dog p*** everywhere in common areas

After waiting months to move into an apartment complex in Downtown Tampa and that not working out, my roommate and I had to scramble to find an apartment and The Enclave was extremely smooth. The office workers were awesome and have been awesome ever since. We even moved in on a Sunday! Cassidy Hamilton has been a huge help and has answered every question I have had! Great place to live!

I just moved into the Enclave. It was a little rocky at first but the staff and management did a good job addressing all my concerns. I would like to especially recognizes Cassidy Hamilton who has by far made my stay so far great. She is very attentive to my concerns and works hard to resolve any issues I have come across in a timely manner.

Enclave at Tranquility Lake Apartments has been nothing but amazing! I feel secure & safe here. I love the community! They have a truly amazing staff! A big shout out to Cassidy who goes above and beyond for you all the time!!!

VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX ! A/C system breaks once a week must always reach out to come and fix it ON TOP i recently bought a brand new car with a (paper plate) and was stolen the next night. No cameras no working gates and no help from the manager WILL NOT BE COMING BACK!
