After waiting almost 40 minutes after my scheduled appointment, I received a pedicure that was rushed because the client next to me had more massage, more cuticle care and cleaning, and we both asked for the classic pedicure. My cuticles were not done properly because it looks like I didn’t even get a pedicure. The tech didn’t ask what I wanted done about two of my toenails being split on the side of the nail, but instead cut them off to where the nails look very short compared to my left foot. The nail tech next to me mentioned putting some glue on the client’s toenails that were broken/split.
I wish I was given options before he cut my nails very short, I would have simply asked to have them glued instead.
My gel manicure was also rushed, with very minimal cuticle work and the paint job is not good at all. I have paint flooding my cuticles, and it’s not clean work at all. I have air bubbles and my nails are not smooth.
For almost $100 for a regular pedi with gel, and regular gel manicure…I would not recommend VIP Nails.

My husband and I went to get our pedicures done and they did a fantastic job. I called ahead and made an appt just in case they were busy. My husband had a bad callous on his heels so Jennifer did a great job taking the time to get the dead skin off. I had my gels done and love how thorough Mimi was getting the cuticles and checking to make sure it wasn’t hurting me. My husband loved the scrub and the massage on his feet and we will definitely go back again.

VIP nails. Are the best. If your searching for a relaxed environment. Professionalism, with laughter and wine, You must seek VIP, Diana has been my Nail Sculpture. Waxer and other services for years. I will not go anywhere else. 10 ?

I MOVED TO THE RIVERVIEW AREA RECENTLY , AND I WANTED TO PAMPER MYSELF.
I WENT TO VIP NAIL STUDIO FOR A BASIC MANICURE WITH NO ADD ONS, AND I ALSO RECEIVED A BASIC PEDICURE WITH NO ADD ONS. THE SERVICES WAS PROVIDED BY TECH NOAH. THIS TECH PLACED MY HANDS IN COLD WATER, AND DID A BRIEF CUTICLE SERVICE FOLLOWED WITH A 20 SECOND LOTION MASSAGE. WE PROCEEDED TO THE FOOT SERVICE AREA. NOAH PICKED UP REUSED NAIL EQUIPMENT FROM THE CART. I AM FAMILIAR WITH THE RUSKIN NAIL SHOPS, AND I NEVER SEEN A NAIL TECH GET USED ITEMS FROM A CART.
VIP NAIL STUDIO ADDS WATER TO THEIR POLISH BOTTLES , AND THEY HAVE A MACHINE THAT SHAKES IT.
ALL PERSONAL CARE SHOPS SHOULD PROVIDE BRAND NEW OR SANITIZED EQUIPMENT IN SANITIZING SOLUTIONS.
TECH NOAH MASSAGE SERVICES WERE BRIEF AND NOAH USED THE SAME HAND TOWEL FOR THE ENTIRE NAIL SERVICES. THIS WAS A VERY GROSS EXPERIENCE. NOAH CHARGED ME $50 DOLLARS FOR A 3 MINUTE MANICURE AND A 10 MINUTE UNSANITARY PEDICURE. I WAS THERE FOR 15 MINUTES AND MY POLISH CAME OFF IN TWO DAYS. I WOULD NEVER RETURN TO VIP NAIL STUPIO FOR SERVICES OR RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO ANYONE.
VIP NAIL STUDIO RUINED MY WEEKEND PAMPER SESSION. I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED!!
Cleanliness: NO PERSONAL CARE SHOP SHOULD SUPPLY REUSED EQUIPMENT ON CLIENTS. THATS VERY UNSANITARY.

I discovered this salon through Google and was not disappointed. The salon is impeccably clean, and the staff is extremely friendly. Michelle, my nail technician, was a perfectionist, which I really appreciated. I’ll definitely return.

I have been going to this nail salon for a few years now and they make me and my daughter feel like family! I always get the appointment that I need, I always receive the very best service and I love my nails every single time. I am a creature of habit and want to find a place that I love and continue to bring my business there and I've found that at VIP! Michael did an excellent job on my full set fingernails. I was very particular because I will be a Bridesmaid soon and the Bride wanted pretty specific (as she should). The Manager is very sweet and talked me out of a crystal look I wanted after she showed me the texture and how it would be raised and possibly break off. She also placed the accent pieces . Thank you to them both.
