The customer service experience was very disappointing.I went to the the office to ask regarding missing mail to obtain guidance on the next steps. The U.S. Postal Service representative, despite stating seven years of service, was unable to provide assistance beyond directing me to the website.

I went in-person and filled out two forms. One to hold my mail and the other to change to a new address. Well, no one did their job. My mail was not held and neither was my address changed. I had to go to my new USPS location and fill out the same form for the address change that I did before and they were able to do their job properly. They told me they didn't see anything in the system, so do you guys just toss forms with personal information/signatures away? Thank goodness for people that actually do their job properly and that care.

Deven was amazing yesterday. Answered all my questions about international shipping and helped to process the package. Thank you very much for professionalism and positive attitude.

I ignored the red flags at this location, but I wish I hadn’t. The staff are rude, dismissive, and make every visit a headache. When I went to pick up my packages, the worker didn’t say a word — just closed the door in my face. When I asked to speak to a supervisor to get better assistance (since no one seemed to know where my packages were), the supervisor was no better.
She told me that “just because Amazon delivered them doesn’t mean they’re in your box,” and that even with next-day shipping, if the package didn’t arrive before 10 AM, I’d have to wait until the following day to get it. When I tried to explain how poor the service was, she looked at me like she had better things to do.
I’ve had P.O. Boxes before and never dealt with this level of unprofessionalism or confusion. I’m canceling my box and taking my business elsewhere. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this location to a dog.

Second check in less then a year that has come up missing from this post office. Never received the checks no other mail goes missing just important mail like checks dont make it to my box. Not a coincidence.

Dropped off 2 packages
1 on the 17th of Oct.
1 on the 21st of Oct.
Both packages were scanned for mailing and that was it. Nothing ever happened after that. The packages never left the facility and it's been 8 days already and my customers paid for 2-4 days delivery. Went in person to inquire about my package and the lady who's name I didn't catch but was latina was rude as hell constantly cutting me off while I was trying to explain my situation. Will never do business here again and I highly recommend u do the same.

Went for my Dad who is 92 to renew his passport, he was given the forms last Saturday and told to bring it back. We go and the individual working the passport has absolutely no custom skills. I could see as I was asking questions as what he needs to do the he was getting annoyed. I told him sorry to have bothered you and we left. Bad customer service.

I went in to complete my daughter’s passport, and despite the posted hours clearly stating that walk-ins are accepted until 4:30 PM, they refused to help me. I wasn’t able to schedule an appointment past 1:30 PM since my daughter is in school, so a walk-in was my only option. Unfortunately, they turned us away because the mailing line was “more important.” Very disappointing experience and poor customer service — the policy should match what’s actually being practiced.

Unfortunately, my visit to this post office was for obtaining a ceremonial flag for a veteran who recently passed. The staff was ubelievably respectful and considerate. They expressed condolences and appreciation for his service. They took the time to walk me through the documentation and I was in and out within 10 minutes. Can't thank them enough for making this a smooth process and honoring my friend the way they did. They may get a bad wrap at times but I left deeply appreciative.

I had a problem with my mail delivery and the staff was very responsive and friendly. They quickly got a manager involved and provided a satisfactory solution which had my mail delivered the same afternoon.

IF YOU CAN AVOID THIS POSTAL OFFICE AND SERVICE, DO IT. USPS DOES NOT CARE ABOUT ITS CUSTOMERS. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. This is absolutely, without a doubt, the worst postal office and company. There is 0 etiquette and help when it comes to customer service, whether it comes to in person or calling. Calling isn't possible even. They never pick up anyway. You can call a million times and not soul will pick up. 5 dial tones, then automated hang up. If you are even unfamiliar with this call system, the automated system will block you intuitively making it impossible to reach anyone through normal options. In person, they are just as they present by their customer service: useless and disrespectful. If you see anyone giving positive reviews, they aren't real, believe it. Delivery immediately sends back to sender if they have the slightest problem with your package, or they might just mess it up themselves. This happened to me twice already. 2nd time was just moments ago: they immediately returned it once they found a problem with the address (apartment number was all that was needed in my case) and I called the main office, who said they can't do anything, and the local office who conveniently never answers for customers to complain. Any other postal service will actually contact the customer to fix the problem. These guys don't care at all.

The guy who works at the passport office told everyone he was shutting down at 4:15 pm instead of 4:30pm.
Totally rude and unprofessional.
