Honestly the best and quickest Post Office I've ever been to. There was a long line but I stood there for less than 5 min because the workers were so speedy and attentive. 10/10 experience

Mailman broke called the 3 times I called the county and showed proof and they won’t do anything about it because camera footage isnt clear but I live on a dead end street and the only person who touches my mail box is the county because the money is tied up into who knows what so now I have to replace my own mail box and add a camera dedicated to it

Horrible services when I called to see why they haven't updated our new address and got an attitude from representive and hung up on me when I approached her attitude ....called back and got put on hold for an hour ..... this representing refused to state her name when asked for her name to speak to someone higher than her and got hung up on again ....will never take my services to this location with the way me and my family were treated ...Gibsonton is always friendly and concerning and very appropriate with handling situations like this

Just don’t. One guy was friendly everyone else is miserable. I went in in a good mood they left me wanting to end it all. Absolute hell.

I approached the counter to inquire about the shipping options and to understand the process of obtaining a QR code for online transactions. From the beginning, Shonda's demeanor was loud, obnoxious, and unfortunately, extremely rude. Instead of asking for the necessary information, she instructed me to write the address on the box immediately.Upon returning with the information, my daughter noticed Shonda's rude behavior. Rather than providing assistance, Shonda began to belittle me. To avoid escalating the situation, I opted for a priority service. Shonda handed me the priority sticker with a loud remark, "THERE YA GO. TO AND FROM. THIS IS AMERICA!" The comment was not only rude but also carried racial undertones, implying that I was unfamiliar with American procedures.Feeling mistreated and insulted, I requested to speak with her supervisor. However, Shonda refused, even physically pushing the box on my chest and instructing me to move away from the window. Despite not receiving proper service, she promptly called for the next customer.Fortunately, the agent next to Shonda took notice of the situation and called the supervisor on my behalf. The supervisor, however, seemed ineffective in managing Shonda's behavior, raising concerns about the overall work environment.Due to this unpleasant encounter, I had to seek service at another USPS location, where I was treated with respect and professionalism.

This is the worst delivery service I’ve ever experienced. It seems like almost every month I’m trying to track down where my mail went. Informed delivery says delivered but no key or package in the locker. USPS I need you to please do something about this location… either get them more help or have two people assisting when delivering.

RIVER VIEW COMMUNITY BEWARE OF YOUR PACKAGES NOT MAKING IT TO YOUR HOME AND DONT PLAN ON RECEIVING IT.If you want to have a blow your brains out and unbearable experience please come here! Black lady was rude, snobby and unhelpful. She didn’t even know how a mailbox works where the USPS delivery driver leaves a key in your mailbox to get your package (WHICH I DIDN'T RECEIVE MY KEY AND I CAME HERE FOR IT) I had to show her a photo and explain to her how to do her own job. All she could say was “Just wait until tomorrow” Wait for what? No key again? I cannot get my package that i paid with my hard working earned money because y’all can’t do your job correctly even if it meant to save your LIFE. Please apply for a job here if you have 0 self awareness and 0 care about your life you will get hired on the spot!

Horrible! Went to get a letter that I wanted to be delivered the next day . . Lady Told me that they didn’t had the correct envelope so I needed to do it at the kiosk . Fist time doing it. . They Didn’t had the right envelope there either . Went back to her again and she said to me , yes it is there !They do ? Ck ! I did !.But no they didn’t had it !I end leaving the place went to UPS and did everything with no problem .Why people are so rude in that office, to a very simple thing to do. Don’t want to work and help customers !i was the fist customer there too in the am ! Really ! And you all want a raised ? acting like that ?No ! they should closed , it’s seems that to you all don’t want to work there or they hate their jobs and Rilke ! No helpful at all ! Horrible customer service!

The amount of money you have cost companies on replacements. Why do you constantly steal packages, mail, and all kinds of things? You must have shady irresponsible people working there. I've never heard of so many mail/packages going missing. You cannot get ahold of the facility or even speak to a human. So basically you are just allowed to steal from people. That's terrible. Disgusting.

Ridgewood Community beware!This is the 3rd incident regarding deliveries (being letters and/or packages) that I have had with this station in a matter of 3 months. In April, I was sent an express mail envelope in which signature confirmation was asked for due to the fact that the documents inside were very important (house deed and a check for 50k). To my surprise, the envelope was left in front of my door, and the signature was waived. Second, in more than one occasion, they have delivered mail that is addressed for other streets! Finally, on June 21, I received a notice that a package had been delivered to a parcel locker. When I got to my mailbox their was no parcel locker key. I went both Saturday and Monday to this station seeking answers, and they haven't even called me back. I already started a claim, so lets see what excuse they give me, not to pay me. Next stop is the postal inspectors for this act of irresponsibility. Attached are pictures of other resident packages with the key attached to an open parcel locker.

Worst post office I have ever had to deal with. Workers are extremely rude and it is obvious they are checked out and do not care about their jobs. Regularly mark thinga delivered that i never recieved. Mail man regularly leaves package slips without even knocking on the door to see if i am home (have that on camera). Package slot is always jammed and employees ignore you even when they can hear you struggling with it. Had an employee yell at me for ringing the bell 3 minutea before open "you can read, cant you?!" I wish i could fire this post office and find a new one

I walked in to send a package and while I was in line the lady behind the counter yelled at me to tell me my package was not packaged correctly and that they would not mail it! Not sure why she felt the need to yell at me across the post office and not just wait for my turn. Very rude and embarrassing had it been my turn I guess we could have repackaged the item but I just walked out.

Package pickup is so broken. The doors open at eight but you can't get your packages until nine. They won't even look up anything at the counter when the area is clearly behind them. They did not redeliver packages as promised either. Terrible service unfortunately there's no other option

This post office always looses my packages. I live in a townhome community and whenever parcel keys are left to retrieve packages, it’s always my neighbors package and my neighbor has my package. Not to sure why the assigned postal worker can never get it right.They also lost a phone case I ordered from Amazon. It shows delivered but nothing. Spoke with supervisor who “looked into it” but she was not able to locate the item. As a government worker myself, I know the struggle, but still … just read the right numbers and keep track of other people’s items. My hard earned money just lost!!!!
