11/20/25 at 6:15pm - Terrible customer service! I dropped off an Amazon return and the young man never opened his mouth to greet me, say hello, goodbye or thank you. Not one word the entire time. I will use another UPS for my services.

We went to UPS to drop off a package. After scanning, we realized it didn’t fit in the designated drop-off area. There was no one at the front desk, so we called out, and a young man came out looking very annoyed. I asked where I could leave the box — he didn’t greet me or even answer, just pointed to the counter. We asked if something was wrong or if he was upset, and he rudely replied that this is just how he is, that nothing’s wrong. We left and will never come back. As we were walking out, more people started arriving, and we could hear that he didn’t greet them either — just asked, “What do you need?” in the same unfriendly tone.

My package is still missing, and I am not happy at all. The clerk asked me if I wanted a receipt and I said yes, which is the only reason for the proof of my package, my package never was scanned leaving the store!!!! Bad business!!!

Inappropriate Music Playing During Business Hours
I was in the store a couple weeks ago and there was inappropriate music playing in the store during business hours.
Was surprised that was the case. Definitely not what I expect walking into a UPS Store.

Charles packed a highly expensive guitar modeler extremely well without me even considering the proper wrapping it would need to go to California.
The box ended up being badly damaged but the unit was in perfect condition reported by my buyer. Excellent care and attention from Charles. Thanks again.
