They charge customers to tape up a box ? I was charged $1.08 for tape to simply tape my box closed. Other locations do not charge to tape a box! Be fair and consistent! And don’t charge your customer to tape a box closed! So absurd

Don't advertise Notary services if you can't fulfill them. This is the third time in the past six months I have gone to this store to get a document notarized. Each time I was told they were short-staffed and too busy. Today, there was one customer besides us and three folks working. If you can't invest three minutes to notarize, then don't offer it. I went to ShipGulfCoast down the road and was promptly taken care of. They will get my business going forward.

Came to the store at 5:00 pm, well before closing at 6:30, and waited in line. When I finally reached the counter, I was told the notary wouldn’t notarize my documents because “there are only 3 people working today.” Meanwhile, the notary was standing right there putting boxes away.
It’s unacceptable that staff decide whether they feel like helping customers instead of providing the services advertised. It definitely felt like they didn’t care and just didn’t want to bother. If the store is open and the service is available, customers should not be turned away for no valid reason. Very disappointing experience.

Not sure why there are so many negative reviews. This UPS is solid. Same crew is there all the time. They're fast and helpful. I have the exact same experience every time I go.

Not sure about all the negative reviews here! I have done business at this location for several years. Renting a mailbox annually is seamless and all of my amazon returns are mailed without issue. Great and friendly people!

, terrible customer service employees act like you should know their job bought a role of the UPS tape and the metal tab that rips the tape came off would not exchange it tried to snap it back on as if I never tried that I'll be going to a different location hopefully for better service

Becareful returning packages in Boyette UPS, Every time I'm returning packages to Amazon at this store. Amazon start claiming they didn't received the packages. This is happening frecuently , Not going to this store again!!!

Don't go to the store unless you pre-print your label and tape your boxes before you get there. They're greedy and they will way overcharged you to take advantage of the fact that you need a label printed or need a box taped. I went to a different store and they printed my label for a reasonable cost because they were not greedy and realized they also are getting prepaid for the item I was shipping.
