Worst verizon possible, it is not a verizon Store, it’s a franchise and it’s the worst.
They owe us plus than $1000.
Matthew and staff are not good they are not helpful.

The phone I purchased on the 25th of June is not right. This store really isn't helping me resolve my issue with my dissatisfaction with the device I purchased. I would avoid this store.

Matthew, Michael, and Delaney were all so helpful and efficient. I was able to get everything taken care of in the store within a few minutes.

While the staff was friendly and helpful, I was told they would charge me to migrate data to my new phone. I said I would do it myself using the Samsung Smart Switch app and was told they charge the $40 no matter what. I think that is very dishonest and fleecing the customer out of $40. I could have saved $40 by having the phone shipped to the house and avoided going to the physical store. I won't be doing that again. Everything else about my visit was good, but that extra charge left a sour taste in my mouth.
EDIT: Management reached out and offered to refund the $40. I upgraded to 4 star. It would have been a 5 star had I not had to reach out.

Matthew and the of Verizon team are liars and will take advantage of you. We got the devices in December of 2024 and we are still dealing and trying to fix the problems that Matthew offer to us back in December with Verizon. Don't go here. they suck!

I came in for service, and I saw Mr. Seth being incredibly patient and professional with a customer that was being verbally abusive to him. I am amazed how he maintained professionalism and deescalated the situation in the absolute best way possible. Chris was so much fun to work with and so was Matthew, Brennan and Michael. They really made this a fantastic experience and this would be my first trip back if I ever need something from verizon.

Matthew was the best Verizon service representative that I've ever had. He was thoughtful , patient and answered numerous questions without the slightest hint of Annoyance. He was extremely knowledgeable about the product and the services !!!!

More concerned with selling me screen protectors and chargers and other things than making sure my phone was switched over and working properly. I ended up going to a different verizon store and they took care of me and said this store always gets complaints bc they're 3rd party store

Great customer service, they give great advice
