The fact that I had to go to the store 5 times to get a prescription filled is ridiculous. The fact that Trevor couldn’t properly put it in the container as it’s supposed to be done. It’s unfortunate to have a store with people who are lazy and could care less! I appreciate nick listening to me and understanding my frustration. But I will not be dealing with the pharmacy anymore here.

Very bad experience. It was a new pharmacy I was trying because CVS was out of the medication I needed. The pharmacy confirmed they had my medication in stock so I had my doctor send through the prescription. I then called a few hours later in an attempt to confirm receipt of the prescription. The first time I called, I was on hold for over 20 minutes. The phone was picked up 3 times, I was told to hold and they put me back on hold without giving me a chance to say anything. The fourth time someone picked up, they hung up immediately. I gave it about 15 minutes and tried again. This time I was put on hold twice and after another 10 minutes the pharmacist picked up. He was polite if a little rushed but told me he could have my script finished in the next 10 minutes. I got in line once I arrived, waited a further 15 minutes and when it was my turn, I was rudely advised that my prescription wasn’t ready and wasn’t supposed to be ready until 8:30pm. This is the first time I had been given that time and I attempted to explain that I had spoke to someone 30 minutes earlier who informed me it would be done. Her tone of voice made it obvious that I was an annoyance that she didn’t want to deal with. I tried to ask how long of a wait it would be and was told that I could wait 30 minutes. I told her I did not have time to wait which is why I called ahead. She responded again that the computer said it wasn’t supposed to be done so I shouldn’t be there anyway. At that point, I was embarrassed and frustrated and basically felt like I didn’t matter. You shouldn’t be allowed to treat people like that. Especially when I hadn’t actually done anything wrong. I doubt I have much recourse other than writing this review but if I can avoid it, I will never use Walgreens again.

Good, polite male nurse for vaccination and the guy at pharmacy, not the lady in lab coat at pharmacy counter.

Husband went here for a flu/covid test he scheduled online. He arrived and the pharmacy said they haven’t had those tests in months…… and did not assist with scheduling new test.

I waited on the line for 45 minutes, there was only one caller a head of me when the staff hanged up on me. Wrost Walgreens. I'm switching over to Publix Pharmacy.

The worst pharmacy customer service. I called 4 times just to make sure that my medication is ready for pick up since I have a cold and I’m very sick. They put me 4 times on hold without even greeting me. !!!!!!!

I came in & asked the manager did they have an item I was looking for. He gave me a nasty look & immediately told me “no we do not.” I ended up finding them myself. Horrible customer service.

Disgraceful!! If getting my prescriptions is going to be this difficult and stressful, I would rather do without them. They refuse to answer the phone. I Give Up!!!

Their customer service is disgusting ?, pharmacy lines are crazy and the people helping will give you horrendous attitude . Their system is always down, the store is dirty. I definitely will not recommend to go there. I had a vaccine appointment, person that “helped” took my information and insurance card then told me to seat and wait to get vaccine… only to wait for 20 minutes and then some other nasty attendant call and said oh we don’t work with your insurance… go to CVS

Pharmacy is extremely slow, inconsiderate of customers and time. Hate that I have to use them for insurance reasons. Obviously, they are government funded because they could not treat customers so poorly if they had to depend on customer satisfaction. Wrote this while I was told to wait 1 minute for a rx that was suppose to be done earlier today!!

here I go again with this place. I have a neurologist and this phone lip service person is not it. I get so sick and tired of going around and around with this place. when the regular people are not there this place get worse. it is like dealing with the medication police. Then you ask for a manager and they play crazy. This time it was Diane and Amanda. Why should I sit in freaking pain because you want to be in control. To put it clearly. FIX YOUR S***. It is obvious that it is not just a few of us, there are more of us complaining than give compliments. This will my last refill since Tricare and Humana can be filled at Publix, Target, CVS. But shame on you for forcing out your customers instead of cleaning out this place. I can't wait to let those that really work there that you all are saying that no one works there by that name. Mind you, I been a customer here since 2010.I wish I could do a negative star.
