The pharmacy closes for lunch everyday. Do they all have to take lunch at the same time? Poor customer service - they are a service company. Going to move to CVS. This is absurd.

Had an awful experience at a local Walgreens. The pharmacist or whom ever she was didn't really care. We explained what we needed but that's not what we got. Then we're told that we'd have to wait until so and so returned from break..no time given.. I returned home, from a trip to the ER without the medication that's needed for tonight..I have no way to drive back tomorrow. Thanks so much for wasting my time and showing how much you don't care!!!

I'm beyond frustrated with Walgreens. they don't know what the they're doing. They cancel prescriptions on their end that a doctor phoned in causing me to go through withdrawals!!!!I had to have the doctor reach out to another pharmacy. Walgreens on 56 th and Bush is the worst pharmacy experience I have ever experienced!

I am tired of Walgreens.
I went to my Doctor appointment and got new prescription and renew others .
When I called the pharmacy to find out how much it would cost. The pharmacist told me that the prescription was in Arizona.
I was not happy and try to explain that I live in Florida.
I was hung up on so I pulled all of my prescription out and took them to a small downtown pharmacy.
This will be the last time I will go there.

I am never going back to Walgreens for my prescription.If I could I would give them a negative 0. The pharmacist told me he won’t be filling my prescription anymore. He said I have to many different pharmacies in my file and it is a red flag. The pharmacist was very rude and I told him i travel with my husband for his job and my prescription is never in stock it is out of my control if 1 store doesn’t have it you call another until u can get your medication. This pharmacist should not be allowed to even work at a pharmacy I have never experienced this kind of disrespect and he has no right to judge someone based off of what is out of your control. I will take my money to cvs and I will call corporate those was a location in Spring Hill

I'm not happy with Store#05695 in tampa.i worked for this company 23yrs,and we were never allowed to take sale signs down till late afternoon,and night shift put up new signs for next week sales.I was there at 10:30am Saturday and all sale signs were down. I had no clue what was on sale,and no sales associates on floor doing signs,so they were taken down awhile before.I asked cashier about it and WITH AN ATTITUDE said,that's how they do it. I know I didn't get everything I needed,because the signs remind me plus I was aggravated. I blame the manager and district manager for poor customer service.

They charged my insurance for a med and never gave me the med and even said i was lying about their errors. They even lied to my insurance agent and she knew they were not being honest insurance fraud and theft much?

Since when does a big store serving 1000’s of people a day, close a whole department for lunch at the same time. Walgreen thinks it’s ok to keep people from picking up their meds for an hour a day. Not leaving at least one person behind the counter to help customers pick up their prescriptions while the pharmacist eats.
Lunch time spent sitting in Walgreens waiting for the pharmacy department to come back from lunch.

If I could give them negative score I would. I'm constantly bombarded with text messages about meds. I go to pick them up and they don't have anything for me. I have my ARNP call in a script and the recording says I'm not a patient and hangs up on her. I'm in severe pain and call in. I get a little testy with her and she is all passive aggressive with me. I hang up. My ARNP tells me they told me what I said to them. HIPPA violation!!!!! I am taking my money to CVS. Also writing a long letter to corporate.

Your store on Van Dyke will not dispense my need prescription in a timely manner. I am out of medication and will have medical issues if not filled. I feel your pharmacist is against my medication and using her own opinion to delay my prescription. If I have an issue due to your medical professional I will seek legal action or my family will.

Sad to say but this Corporation is on a major decline, lack of attention to detail, lack of accountability and customer service. Another one bites the dust. Thk the St Pete Beach Pharmacy for the wonderful review.

Store #4023 Pharmany in Auburndale,FL has no clue how to do their job! Losing RX and calling and texting to tell you it’s ready and when you get there it’s not in stock or they can’t find it!! REALLY! This has to STOP! You are going to kill someone’s not having meds in stock when needed! Very bad customer service snd bad attitude to customers! This store needs help to properly train their pharmacy staff.
