Pharmacy manager was extremely rude! Over talked me the entire time I tried to explain to her that I’ve been getting my medication filled through Walgreen's & just did not even a month & a half ago after she continued to say I was not in Walgreens system & she could not help me. Manager was VERY argumentative & super unprofessional.

Been waiting days for prescriptions and they claim closed for hurricane with no mention of reopen. The hurricane is over and there is zero damage to walgreens in riverview and brandon. How the hell are we supposed to get our medicine. They've pulled this before!

Everytime I go to this Walgreens they are rude. I had some questions about my dad's meds and the one that helped was annoyed and rude. And the other one w. as also rude. Horrible customer service

Absolutely amazing personal, friendly customer service from the time you pull up to the window in the drive-thru,they already know your name. They are the fastest at filling lifesaving prescriptions and immediately call you if they need further clarification and will find the resources if they are unable to fulfill a need. I am so thankful to have them as a part of my medical team, they are critical to a high needs patient with chronic respiratory needs.

Amazing customer service from the pharmacist Lori. She corrected my delivery order and i received my medication ASAP. There is a reason why I let them handle my medication. Good hours, good leadership, and great team.

I was given the wrong medication! I drove 10 miles round trip to pick it up. After I got home and realized their mistake I called the pharmacy AMANDA told me, not only did they not have the correct medication, I was responsible for bringing the wrong medication back even though it was their fault. That would be 20 miles round trip for their error! I don't think so!

Whatever pharmacy TECH that just “helped” me 10 minutes ago was the RUDEST person I have ever met. YES MY ID IS EXPIRED IM WAITING ON THE DMV!!!!! Remember “COVID” right???? I literally had the verification on me and she dismissed me immediately. Withheld my medication even though I could go into withdrawal. THANKS A LOT!!!!!!! I will be contacting the Florida Department of Health.

Everywhere, including their website, they encourage you to walk-in and get a flu shot. You come in, they have the medicine and they send you home stating their too busy, make an appointment. You sit in the car, make appt, go right back in, then they give you the shot. What! They need to be good to people, all people. No excuses.
