The Walgreens at 10624 Gibsonton Drive in Riverview, FL, has provided excellent experiences. Staff members are consistently friendly and helpful, especially at the pharmacy. They maintain a positive attitude and assist customers, even during busy times. Also, the medication prices are competitive, making this location a reliable and affordable option for prescription needs. The customer service and value at this location are appreciated.

Pharmacy staff are either incompetent, inconsiderate or some kind of mixture but the level of patient care is horrible. There really seems to be no concern and what I gather from other low score reviews are similar issues. Maybe not go to this location

If you value your time I suggest you avoid this pharmacy. 40 minutes waiting in line to pick up 2 scripts. Scripts never ready when they say they will be. Attitude is the only thing you'll get in a timely & efficient manner (and guaranteed to be in stock)... Staff your stores better. I am forced to use Walgreens for my scripts due to my insurance, otherwise I would be going elsewhere. I am baffled at how slow employees are allowed to work, show absolutely no care and give attitude to anyone who dares expect their perscriptions within a timely manner. It has never been a great store, I am surprised this one is still open.

Terrible Customer Service
Very disappointed with the service I received. The staff showed no sense of urgency and seemed uninterested in helping. I waited far too long for assistance, and when I finally got someone’s attention, they were dismissive and unprofessional. There was no effort to resolve my issue or even acknowledge the delay. Definitely not the level of service any customer should experience.

My pharmacy for years no issues. I love the extra credit when you purchase items it adds up here and there for a few dollars and it helps. Thank you for your service

Horrible, neglectful and incompetent. The pharmacy at this location has a manager who never shows up, has someone at the drive through who processes orders and medication incorrectly. When finally reaching a worker, I was told to call the 800 number, who ended up calling the store again. Go ANYWHERE else but here for your medication needs.

PHARMACY?????? GO SOMEWHERE ELSE…. This location is so unorganized. Prescription are always delayed or unavailable. Had a massive surgery today, was told my medication would be ready hours ago and here I am in bed with no pain meds. I can comprehend a delay, but nearly every time?
You are managing peoples health and can’t provide proper service? It’s legit YOUR MAIN PURPOSE (outside of “quick convenient” items, which you then have to personally find a cashier).
My exhausted parents had to wait an additional 3 hours for medication related to a surgical procedure.
Put your loved ones in our shoes. Trying to take care of an ill family member and you can’t because of Walgreens inability to stick to their ready times. Sorry, can’t cut it for me in this situation. I tried telling my pain Sorry, and it contained to hurt!
I’ve been going to this location for over two years and kept saying ah things happen, but on such a stressful, long day instead of resting I’m lying in bed crying in pain, writing to ensure other families don’t have to go through what we are. Do Better!
I’m only one person, but you just lost a long term customer, whom will no longer enter a Walgreens not even for quick a quick convenience item.

I've used this Walgreens for 12 years; no bad experiences until today. I went in to buy Prevagen, which they keep locked up on the shelves (Not sure why). The salesperson unlocked the shelf took the bottle and said I can pick it up on my way out at check out. (This has never happened before, and I buy a bottle from this location each month.) This interaction was alarming to me. As a long standing customer, it felt I was being treated like a suspected thief. When your customers are treated with courtesy and consideration, they return. They share their GOOD experiences with other potential customers. I submit to Walgreens that if you are experiencing losses and shortages, it's not because of your customers.

This product is unavailable from 2 months and they always remove it from the list without fulfilling the request.
Doctor also not notified that the product was not given to the patient.
This is the worst experience with Walgreens.
They always try to sell the lancets and test strips without the kit, they don’t even think that the patient cannot use test strips and lancets without the equipment.

The fact that I had to go to the store 5 times to get a prescription filled is ridiculous. The fact that Trevor couldn’t properly put it in the container as it’s supposed to be done. It’s unfortunate to have a store with people who are lazy and could care less! I appreciate nick listening to me and understanding my frustration. But I will not be dealing with the pharmacy anymore here.

Very bad experience. It was a new pharmacy I was trying because CVS was out of the medication I needed. The pharmacy confirmed they had my medication in stock so I had my doctor send through the prescription. I then called a few hours later in an attempt to confirm receipt of the prescription. The first time I called, I was on hold for over 20 minutes. The phone was picked up 3 times, I was told to hold and they put me back on hold without giving me a chance to say anything. The fourth time someone picked up, they hung up immediately. I gave it about 15 minutes and tried again. This time I was put on hold twice and after another 10 minutes the pharmacist picked up. He was polite if a little rushed but told me he could have my script finished in the next 10 minutes. I got in line once I arrived, waited a further 15 minutes and when it was my turn, I was rudely advised that my prescription wasn’t ready and wasn’t supposed to be ready until 8:30pm. This is the first time I had been given that time and I attempted to explain that I had spoke to someone 30 minutes earlier who informed me it would be done. Her tone of voice made it obvious that I was an annoyance that she didn’t want to deal with. I tried to ask how long of a wait it would be and was told that I could wait 30 minutes. I told her I did not have time to wait which is why I called ahead. She responded again that the computer said it wasn’t supposed to be done so I shouldn’t be there anyway. At that point, I was embarrassed and frustrated and basically felt like I didn’t matter. You shouldn’t be allowed to treat people like that. Especially when I hadn’t actually done anything wrong. I doubt I have much recourse other than writing this review but if I can avoid it, I will never use Walgreens again.

Good, polite male nurse for vaccination and the guy at pharmacy, not the lady in lab coat at pharmacy counter.

Husband went here for a flu/covid test he scheduled online. He arrived and the pharmacy said they haven’t had those tests in months…… and did not assist with scheduling new test.
