My new favorite location What an awsome store! My wife ordered a Wawa sandwhich from door dash last night. When she recieved her order she notice the correct sticker what on the wrapper but the wrong sandwhich was inside. the staff there was very polite and helpful to make it right thank you Ms. Regina and Mr. Alex

Guess they were out of hot peppers, onions, corn, old bay, and spicy jalapeno ranch drizzle..... Had to sprinkle some leftover pizza toppings packet to give this shitty bland meal.

I had a truly outstanding experience at this Wawa location, and I want to specifically recognize an associate named Aiden. From the moment I arrived, Aiden displayed an exceptional level of professionalism and courtesy. He greeted me with a genuine smile, patiently answered my questions, and ensured that my order was prepared exactly to my preferences.
What impressed me most was Aiden’s attentiveness and commitment to creating a positive experience for every customer. Even though the store was busy, he managed to stay calm, efficient, and friendly, setting a great example of what excellent customer service should look like. The store itself was also very clean, well-organized, and stocked, which made the entire visit seamless and enjoyable.
It’s rare to come across employees who go above and beyond to make customers feel valued, and Aiden absolutely did that. Because of his outstanding service, this Wawa location has become my go-to stop. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for not only convenience but also a consistently positive customer experience.

I want to start this off by saying something good I regularly go to this wawa and never have issues the staff is friendly and it’s clean but on 8/9 around 10 am I ordered a bagel sandwhich and the woman in the food service area (shorter Hispanic woman) opened my bagel and was prepping it, and before it went in the oven, literally open mouth coughed on. It was not turned away, did not cover her mouth literally open mouth coughed on it. And then proceeded to rub her face with her gloves on and then continue to touch my food. The place was not very busy, so there was no reason for her to rush, but it somehow also took almost 15 minutes to get my food when I was was pretty much one of the only people ordering I did not say anything at the time because that’s just not who I am but I did not eat it because that is gross. I know she’s been working there for a while because I’ve seen her often and I have never had issues previously, but this was gross I am giving it to stars because I have had good experiences here and the food is always good, but this was definitely a one star experience.

Cuban coffee use to be amazing, not anymore. I'm not sure if they changed it or are brewing it differently but it's flavorless now. I won't be going back. I've noticed this for a while at multiple locations so it's not isolated to one store.

The cashier, Darius, seemed visibly upset. He ignored most of what I said, was huffing and puffing, and tossed my items around before handing everything over without a bag. I tried to stay extra friendly in case he was just having a rough night, but it might be worth checking in on him. Hoping everything is okay.
Still giving 5 stars because this location is consistently solid otherwise.

The Wawa near FishHawk has plenty of pumps along with a variety of fuels.
The end pumps have 89 octane ethanal-free gas and the interior pumps have 91 octane instead of the ethanol-free fuel.
There are two free air pumps, though one is positioned poorly.
The store seems clean on the inside when I’ve gone inside.
The station is usually safe though there was an incident in the past.

I waited 15 minutes past my scheduled curbside pickup time, and no one came out. I called multiple times, but no one answered the phone. When I finally went inside, the employee was just sitting there with my food and drink right in front of him, staring off into space. No apology, no explanation — just completely indifferent. And to top it off, my food was really cold. Really disappointing experience from start to finish. Won’t be stopping by this location again.

They have some rude young adults working there. Register rang up wrong amount, didn't give a receipt which I guess is my fault for not asking???

I absolutely love Wawa, huge fan. This is my local Wawa so you already know it's the best, love the people that work here, they have to deal with orders from me pretty much on the daily. They even threw in an extra sandwich at one point! Much appreciated if y'all see this, it was good. 10/10 service, food is good, store is clean, workers are friendly

We love WaWa for being clean orderly and in convent locations. This one is a little difficult to get out of.
You can expect all the sodas, beers, Icees, candy and hot fresh food as others stores, here.
They even have diesel, which the neighboring gas station does not have, big plus for our family.
Bathrooms have always been clean, that matters.
Friendly staff and we will be back.

The management is all messed up, they don't know where are the orders, who do the orders
belong too, give random responses despite being responsible for prepping and packing the order.
A rather inefficient and not interested in anything was the employee *Kiara*. She ensured everything just goes wrong and held a very non challant - in do not know despite landing over orders to everyone. Worst services from awake out.
