We ordered 3 hoagies last night online for in store pick up and the experience was terrible. We’re ordered at 9:59pm, food was expected to be done by 10:10pm but ended up being done at 10:38pm. When we got the hoagies they were cold and all the sandwiches were made with zero care and ingredients missing. Mines didn’t even have cheese and sweet peppers which I ordered hot peppers. The sandwiches overall were a disgusting soggy mess that left us all feeling queasy. I’ve never heard my teenage son complain about a hoagie. This experience just confirmed that we will never order food from Wawa’s again. Just go for the gas, beverages in the fridge and coffee.

Today October, 05,2024 mis kaylah was to busy looking for signal on her cell phone 🤳🏻 an taking selfies instead of attending the customers . Check camaras please by the time of 6:00 and before. Also when finally they attended me my fries was very cold. Very disappointed.

i’ve been coming here for years i’ve always gotten the same thing literally always. well this morning august 1 , 7:00am the lady who was working the drinks made my coffee so nasty. my cofffee was gray. GRAY ? no thankssss. & no cold foam. i’ve literally never had a issue before.

There were only 2 people and the order took 30 minutes, it's a pity for the boy who was preparing the food, he had everything, 2 more people but they didn't serve anyone.

The night attendants don't know how to work in this place, they passed my order and that of another customer forward, I spent 47 minutes waiting for my order, after seeing me there, there was no one else to serve, the attendant came to ask me for my order number. and even went out to talk to her friend and then went to prepare my order.

I went to get breakfast before work, at 7:30 am and I saw a roach just walking around where the food was being prepared, absolutely disgusting please get fumigated.

I was parked in the front so I really don't know what's inside the store cuz I haven't been in one yet but my daughter goes there all the time and she said it's great what food did they serve I have no idea or what food do they buy I already know that she went to buy some cigarettes and she came out but I have not had the experience to go into the place but now I'm curious and I'm going to go

There was a gentleman, who was cleaning up the pickup/coffee area at 4:43am, should be the one running the place. Went out of his way to help me out with a simple order which the younger lady kept dropping the ball on.
When I had to come back in for an item that was left out of my order, he jumped on it right away and was helpful in getting things taken care of. Whereas the younger lady in the kitchen area could care less about acknowledging anyone.

This is such a nice convenience store. It's always clean and friendly service.I love the wide variety of fresh fruit. (always very fresh)They are often out of the particular adult beverage I like. But whatever... I like this store and will continue to go here.
