This review is targeted at night shift. Morning crew I love y'all. I was just there and it took them about 20 minutes to get three sandwiches out. Customers are just standing around looking at each other. And then I get home and open my sandwich... Looked like dude made the sandwich from 10 ft away, just throwing stuff at the bread ?. There is a serious lack of give a eff on that shift.

I submitted a mobile order for a sandwich. I had two sleeping kids in the car. I waited 20 min after saying I arrived and put my spot number. They never came. I had to wake up the kids, drag the kids inside, and get the sandwich. Wawa is 2nd best in gas price (vs sams club) but I do NOT recommend ordering food or drinks here with curbside and kids.

I get lunch here often. Have never had a problem with the food or staff. I have a low rating for food due to their Freestyle Coke machine. The Diet Coke ( and possible other flavors) is either not calibrated right, a dirty line, or a malfunctioning machine. I complained about it yesterday and was told they have complained to the Coke representative but nothing is being done. If it is not working and you are getting poor service I would think the management would either complain louder or quit using these machines until they are fixed.

I always have a great experience here. I come almost everyday with my 9 month old for my iced coffee or cold brew fix ? can'tlive without it, Alma makes my coffee most of the time along with another female employee who speaks Spanish too but I can't remember her name at the moment. I also order hoagies for myself and my husband, we've been coming here for a few years and it's a great environment, it's clean, and staff is friendly. It's a nice place to come hangout.

For a gas station, this is a cool place. Busy area. The service isn’t bad. You can see they try their best. Sucks they have to put up with the homeless stealing.
Parking: Free air for your tires in the back.
Kid-friendliness: Surprised they had kid meals there.

It’s like they threw out or don’t have any SOP‘s. Who’s running management here. I don’t understand how there could be 4 to 5 of you cackling behind the cashier as you watch a young lady struggle with the 20 person deep line one reg open 5 employee standing around. Cashiers randomly select who they want to ID. Served in the military have a long beard but yet the baby face boy in front of me got all his tobacco with no ID check. I got my check and questioned. Was in line today and watched kids come in grab things from the isles and walk right out. All that money wasted on security people who are asleep on the job and management who are just placeholders

Cashier was very rude and they pick and choose when they want to ask for identification. The cashier that what on duty tonight was very argumentative and rude. I work in retail and I know that you are not suppose to argue with a customer at all. With that being said I didn’t even make a purchase at this location tonight and I don’t know if I will ever go back to this location.

I love everything about Wawa, but this location never offers Matcha, in any of its presentations. I have to drive to gibsonton or Bloomingdale in order to get my matcha almost everyday, when this location is 2 miles away from my house. I would love for you to incorporate matcha in your menu, not only because it is the item I order the most but also because it is one of your healthy options. Thank you!
