Now I've you've read my Big Bend Walgreens review you will see that I have not been a big fan of Walgreens recently. Well I just visited the Walgreens on Gibsonton and picked up a prescription and while they were busy and lots was going on Tom stepped up and handed it like a champ. He was calm and was dealing with a hundred things while helping me. I was super impressed. Good on you Tom!!!! You've restored my faith in Walgreens.

The lady from the pharmacy (I believe she is Spanish) has no manners. I was there for a while and she was giving the back to the counter and didn't bother to look if someone was waiting. When I asked for her help she just said " wait a minute" and I noticed she was taking care of the someone on the drive thru so I waited, after that car left she just asked the other car how can she help and completely ignored me. Awful customer service. I left because I had bad allergies and just went to CVS instead. You have no customer service skills lady.

The phone is ringing off the hook, one cashier, 8 people waiting to pay. Where are the other workers? I feel bad for the one cashier trying to ring up customers.

I am very upset right now... I will never use Walgreens on Gibsonton Drive same day and pick up for photo again. this experience has been horrible. This is not the first time but yesterday I ordered a same day pick up book from the wall greens I received a text message and said it will be ready after 10 AM. At 8 PM I arrive at the store and the book has not even been started. Supervisors states they ran out of paper but that I should've waited until I got a text message saying that it was ready to be picked up. I explain to her why would I look for a message when I received only one message from you stating that it will be ready at 10 AM. She assured me she was going to drive to another location to get the paper she needed and have the staff print the book at 6 AM the next morning. She also stated that she will put A note on the screen so that mine will be the first one print it and she also said she would make a note for 50% off. This morning I arrive at the store at 9 AM three hours after it should be ready in an hour after I received a text message saying that it was ready for pick up. I arrive at the store and the photo book is still not processed. The customer service here is awful. No one ever thoroughly explain to me what was going on and why the book was not ready. Please re-train your staff on how to deal with customers and how to keep in contact with them when you run out of supplies and their products will not be ready.

I frequent this Walgreens a lot since it is so close to my home. I have never had a bad experience here. I went last night to pick up a prescription and some cold medicine. The associate at the pharmacy counter was extremely polite and worked quickly to assist the long line of customers. He explained my medications to me and answered several of my questions. Before I left the counter he even said "be safe on the road". There was nothing crazy going on outside on the road but he was just being nice and I really appreciated it.
