in line 3 people ahead of me this morning. i count 7 people working and only one doing food for customers. No one offered to help or said it will be a minute. i had to ask someone to help me or I'll still be standing here. some were laughing ughing and talking. very disappointing.

I am absolutely disgusted. I bought baby food for my son today at the Publix location in Boyettte. After we fed it to him, I noticed the expiration date on the back states May 16th, 2021. I am sickened that I fed "expired food" to my child and will be contacting cooperate.

This morning while I was there I needed to get bread along with my weekly shopping. When I got to the bread aisle the vendor was slamming racks around and obviously very unhappy. I was very uncomfortable and walked by quickly without getting my bread. When the cashier asked if I found everything I told him I got all I needed but the bread, and that the vendor made me uncomfortable. His reply was " yeah, he's always like that". No offer to get me bread just shrugged his shoulders. I love the store but was disappointed this morning.

I went there today to pick up some cupcakes for a little celebration my bf were having... Fantastic Publix. Very willing to help out when needed. I till haven't got the 'where is everything' memorized. They will point me in the right direction and will take me to the item I've asked for. It would have been a 5 star, however, a couple things (hasn't deterred me from going to this one - just yet) Meat department - butcher on duty - argued with my wife about a piece of meat-claimed their cut was just like bernssteakhouse dot com/ - I even laughed at that one. I ordered the baby bump cake and two platters for my daughters birthday and EVERYONE loved it all! Publix did such an amazing job and made my day fantastic!!! Everything was ready on time and made to perfection.... Wonderful staff!

My daughter visited this store on Boyette Rd. 3 months ago with my mother and was running her hand along the bottom of the yogurt cooler when a jagged piece of metal sliced her finger from one end to the other.

Shopping is a pleasure at this store. Very good customer service. Associate in cut fruit area, always happy to make a salad if one not on the shelf. They aim to please. So happy this is my Publix.
