Gordon, Kate and the 9Automotion staff exemplify customer service, technical expertise, and professionalism. They have worked on my Cayman for track prep and my Cayenne for service. They did a pre warranty expiration inspection and identified an issue that I was able to fix under factory warranty that would have been quite expensive if they had not found it.Touring their shop to see the quality of performance and restoration work in progress is very impressive. I’m so happy I found 9 Auto Motion. The service from booking my appointment to getting my car serviced was great. I’ve had too many issues with the dealership in west palm beach and unfortunately they make you seem like you’re just a number there…in addition to overcharging you.Here at 9 Auto motion, it’s the complete opposite. They treat you like family! Love the fact that it’s ran by family and all their technicians were very knowledgeable and LOVED their job.After my service was completed, they called me up and scheduled a time for pickup. Ensured that I was satisfied with everything and made some good recommendations for upkeep.Lastly, a month or so after, I called them back because I got a screw in my tire and they recommended me to a partner company of theirs that does all their tire repairs.I can’t recommend them enough.If you don’t need the overrated dealership experience and you’re just trying to get quality service for your Porsche…look further.

They are highly recommended by other Porsche owners in the Palm Beach area. I have met. Unfortunately they never returned my call or email so I cannot say I have had the pleasure of using their services. I have a classic air-cooled Porsche but I plan on buying a GT3. Orbit serviced my classic but no longer.

I just recently visited 9 Auto Motion for some routine service for my 17 Macan S. It was a very good experience for me. They are very detailed with even the basic services. They found some other issues outside of the reason I was there and sent detailed pictures and estimates if I chose to have the work performed. When I picked up my car they explained the work they had done. Overall experience was great and I would recommend this shop.Services: Oil change
