Pedro is a great and knowledgeable tech.
He knows the equipment well.
He has been taking care of our copanies compressors for years.
I just had an issue with my fathers compressor iver the weekend.
He got on the phone with me on his iwn time and helped me get the compressor back on line.
Hes setting up a 90 day PM program and is going out tomorrow to do a check and service to nake sure everything is ok.
This is the type of service you just don't get anymore from companies.
Air compressor works gas a great team with a few that go way above and beyond to help when they can.
I continue to be a loyal customer after 30 plus years.

The technician was excellent. However, I was disappointed that, despite informing Dispatch that our plant would be down for 2 days for production, we were being scheduled for a late afternoon appointment. After urging for an earlier appointment in the day, a technician did manage to show up in the morning. It was disappointing to see that there was no sense of urgency regarding our situation, especially since that implied we would now be down for 3 days. In our line of work, that is critical.

We have had a great experience doing business with Air Compressor works for the last few years. They installed two new compressors with an air dryer for us about two years ago. The customer service has been fantastic! Anytime I have called with questions or concerns, someone is out same day. We utilize the maintenance plan, they call to schedule coming out ,they show up when they are suppose to, services the equipment and it is one less thing for us to keep track of. Highly recommend using this company for all your air compressor needs.

They always show up when they are scheduled and work diligently to solve the issue at hand. We also use ACW for regular servicing of our machines which is very crucial to keeping things operating the way it should be. Working with ACW has been a pleasure and will enjoy their services for a long time to come.

We want to thank Pedro Ramos who was our technician. He came out to do a scheduled service on our air compressor. We noticed that evening that it did not resolve the problem we were having. He was quick to respond to my text and added us on his next days service call. Everything went well and we are happy with his service and customer service
