This is about the Palm Beach office. I used them several times in the last 4 years for service on AC and frig. Tech Larry came out to my boat several times. Prompt service and very knowledgeable. The last time I called the service coordinator Mindy said Larry was on vacation and I would need to fill out forms in order to be put on the schedule. OK, I did even though they had my credit card, address, boat name, etc from 2 months before. Then she said it was too early to schedule for the following week! Then after that the service mgr e mailed me a long letter stating that they were booked 3 weeks in advance. Very condescending and sounded like they were not interested in my business or money. Wait 3 weeks, fill out the forms again, get charged $145.00 for the first hour. Really, with this kind of treatment I went elsewhere. If they keep treating their customers like they do not want or care for their business then that is what they will get.

If you're looking to be charged an excess of $160 an hour without guarantee you that they are even going to find the issue you have. This is definitely the place for you. Although the technicians tried to be helpful with finding the issue for my vessel,they found no solution but still felt the need to charge me an excess of $750. when we Rose our objection to what they had ALREADY charged me without notification. The office manager pretty much told us too bad so sad, that they will not be refunding any of our money, Even though they never did anything to fix the issue we had with our AC.so If you are trying to get ripped off then this is definitely the right place for you. These guys get the job done when it comes to marine refrigeration. I called left a message and they replied promptly. Scheduled with Tyrone. He understood my unit issue and sent out the available tech with 24hours. Ivan diagnosed my problem, easily remedied it and I was off and boating within the day. Tyrone followed up with phone calls to give me the status of the tech and his whereabouts. Tyrone followed up after the service call to enquire about any further issues. If there is a refrigeration need on your boat these guys will get it done promptly and they understand service! Call them
