These personnel demonstrated professionalism, efficiency, competence, and a caring attitude when helping me to fix a mess made by a previous contractor who improperly installed an underground gas tank with underground piping and above-ground connections at my residence. These personnel worked patiently with me over a period of months to ensure that my gas-related equipment and devices were installed (or re-installed) properly, safely, and as needed. The delays were due to permitting and inspections that had to be applied for and approved, resulting in long wait periods.
I am very satisfied with the outcome. Kudos to these individuals for their pursuit of excellence in performance and for their exceeding my expectations, which is a very rare outcome for me when dealing with contractors or third parties.”
