After coming off a super stressful day, I went in to cancel my storage agreement. Latasha helped me, and I immediately felt like she had my best interest at heart. She turned the whole situation around, and I ended up keeping my storage agreement in place. AND, I left with a smile. She is customer service driven. Being in sales my whole life, that is one skill that should NEVER go unnoticed, nor under-appreciated. When you like who you are doing business with, you keep doing business!

I’ve never left a review before but today I was very impressed by the property manager Brittany at this location she was very polite and also provided top of line customer service despite having multiple customers in office and working alone she remained calm and assisted us all in a timely manner thanks Brittany your doing an excellent job if no one has told u I greatly appreciate your service keep up the great work I wish you the best!!

The storage room was hard for me to find but I did find it and it was enough space to put all my stuff in the only complaint I have is the gates the gates are not working properly and we almost got stuck in there one night when it was trying to leave out they need to work on updating their entry and Exit major problem.
