I would give more than 5 stars if I could! As a woman, it’s always intimidating taking my car in for any work, but the customer service I received at Ron’s is the best I have ever gotten. They are kind, patient, explain everything in detail and truly make you feel comfortable and confident. I encourage everyone to go to Ron’s, whether it is for routine maintenance or a big job, you can trust that you won’t get the run around and you will get the absolute best service in the area. They just don’t make places like this anymore.
At 88 years old, I’ve been around long enough to know when someone’s the real deal — and Ron Cheston’s Auto is just that. Good, honest folks who know what they’re doing and treat you with respect. That kind of integrity is hard to come by these days.
They took the time to explain everything to me in plain language, kept me updated, and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. The work was done right the first time, and my old car is running smoother than it has in years.
It reminds me of how businesses used to be — built on trust, skill, and a handshake you can count on. If you’re looking for a mechanic you can rely on, look no further. Ron and his team have my deepest appreciation.

I was in town to do some work for a couple of days when my brakes needed some work and couldn’t wait until I returned home. I was told to contact Ron, he might be able to help me out and boy did he. He saw me on short notice and got me back on the road the same day. I can’t guarantee he will always be able to do that but it was nice that this time he could. Thank you Ron.

I can’t even express in words how grateful I am to Ron and his crew!
Not only did he get me squeezed in , in a bind he diagnosed an issue that simply could have been mistaken or misdiagnosed for something much more costly!
He’s is honest, fair and very easy to work with.
As a woman , who is extremely uneducated on ANYTHING about a vehicle , it gives me anxiety to go to any mechanic because let’s be real, there are plenty who can and will rip you off!
Please do yourself and your friends a favor (a true gift) and send them to Ron !
Donna was also such a fun easy personality to deal with!

BEST MECHANIC. HANDS DOWN. My mom insisted I bring my car to her mechanic a couple of weeks ago and they found that what I thought was a transmission problem was just a simple hose replacement that my dealership had overlooked for the past almost two. Freaking. Years. Took my car in today bc something was scraping underneath it and they clipped the piece back in and wouldn’t let me pay. Not even a tip! These guys are a rare gem. Highly suggest, 6/5 stars!!!
