“This outlet mall is great, so many retail options to choose from. All different kind of choices and options from different kind of businesses.
They also have a good selection of food vendors throughout the Cafe area and local businesses are also able to setup here to sell their goods.
It's an open air outlet which is nice to enjoy the weather along with shopping. There's plenty of cozy areas to sit and lounge if you wish to.”
“I’ve been going here all my life and I’ve never once had one complain about This place 5 stars but I miss sears but they put a lot of more stores to make it up for it , Some stores are pricey but at the same time they have stores just right , food options too they have so many in the food court definitely recommend the Chinese my favorite place to eat it’s always so good there, I love it here they have so much and I could be here for hours wanting for more , I definitely recommend going here if you haven’t yet what are you doing it’s a great place they have almost everything you need if my review doesn’t make it clear , than you should definitely check it out for yourself!”

“Who doesn’t love an outlet mall? Lots of great stores from varying budgetary levels. They have stores like Saks Off 5th, Nordstrom Rack, Lacoste, Brooks Brothers, Tumi, etc… and they have Ross, TJ Maxx, and others on that level too! It’s a one stop shop for all the clothes, shoes, bags, luggage, (HomeGoods), pet supplies (Petsmart), groceries (Whole Foods), pizza, nail salon, and even a food court.
Tip: I’ve read, if you download the Simon App (or it may be the Tanger App) you get something like 10% off in addition to the already discounted prices…”

“The Royal Poinciana Plaza is one of the most beautiful shopping destinations in Palm Beach, with elegant architecture, lush landscaping, fountains, and a peaceful outdoor atmosphere. It’s a great place to stroll, relax, grab coffee or lunch, and do some upscale shopping, even if you’re mostly window shopping.
The plaza feels clean, stylish, and very well maintained, especially during the holidays when the seasonal decorations and surfboard tree make it extra special. There’s a nice mix of boutiques, restaurants, cafes, and outdoor seating areas that create a relaxing Palm Beach vibe. Prices at many of the stores are definitely on the luxury side, but overall it’s a lovely spot to spend an afternoon enjoying the scenery and atmosphere.”

“Really pretty, but for some reason a few of the spaces seem to always be changing. There are some businesses that have been there for years and years, and others that never seem to stay. Parking is decent, but there are some 9 to 5 businesses with a lot of employees that seem to clog up the lot during the day.”
“It's easy to get in and out of. The Publix that's there is an old style so I know where everything is automatically. It is a very nice area with reserved and elderly clientele. I have yet to see the parking lot lighting non-functional nor have I ever seen trash or debris in the parking lot. This Plaza is well maintained.”

Downtown Palm Beach Gardens has become one of my favorite spots in the area—perfect for everything from casual strolls to dinner dates or family outings. Built around a serene lake, the entire space is beautifully landscaped with palm trees, fountains, and charming footbridges. It has the right mix of nature and urban buzz.
What I Loved:
• Scenic Atmosphere: The lakeside setting is gorgeous, especially around sunset. You can walk along the waterfront, relax on shaded benches, or just let your kids run around safely.
• Family-Friendly: The carousel and splash pad are a big hit with little ones. There’s also a pop-jet fountain area that’s great for cooling off on hot days. Most restaurants have outdoor seating and high chairs, which is a huge plus for moms like me.
• Dining Options: From quick bites to sit-down meals, the food scene is pretty diverse. We tried Grimaldi’s Pizza had great service and lake views.
• Shopping & Entertainment: There’s a mix of boutique stores, REI, Whole Foods, and a CMX cinema with reclining seats. The area often hosts live music, yoga, or seasonal markets, which makes visits even more enjoyable.
• Pet-Friendly: I’ve seen lots of people walking dogs, and some shops even have water bowls outside. Great vibe for pet parents too.
Room for Improvement:
• Parking: It’s free and generally ample, but on weekends or during events, it can get a little hectic.
• Store Turnover: Some retail spots seem to change hands often. Would love to see a few more unique, locally-owned businesses instead of chains.
Overall, Downtown Palm Beach Gardens is a true gem—clean, safe, and lively without being overwhelming. Whether you’re a local or just visiting the area, it’s well worth spending a few hours here.”
“It has a great variety of stores in one place even that laundry mat is the go to one for me prices are higher than they used to be but so is everything everywhere you can take a walk to Publix or get your nails done or even go to the new Five Below in the plaza while you're waiting for your clothes to wash and dry”
“I enjoy shopping at Plaza Le Mer, mainly I go to check out the Hospice Thrift Store. There is adequate parking, it's an easy drive on U.S. Highway 1, and the shopping center is nicely maintained and landscaped. Also I found a Cat Thrift Store tucked away in a corner spot. Wow...they have amazing prices and inventory. Hospice Thrift tends to be a bit pricey, but it's important to support Hospice and their amazing mission. Check out this shopping plaza!”
“Pine Trail shopping ctr is one of the best maintained open shopping ctrs I have ever frequented. My wife and I often shop there because the parking lot is well maintained, there are many trees, speed bumps to slow cars and stores which we like to frequent.”

“I ate La Cabana Mexican/Cuban Restaurant in the Plaza. Atmosphere is fantastic and the service is great. There's a bar inside and also has outside seating. Inside has booth, bar, and table seating. The menu has a nice variety of food to choose from. The food is very good. Consistent and that's a plus for me. Prices are reasonable, a d overall a great place to eat.”
