This storage moved someone in with roaches which is now causing an infestation.....U will not get assistance from staff or the district manager Luis he will never call. Go someplace else please

Staff was friendly and welcoming and made the process of renting very easy. Terms and conditions of use were clearly and simply explained and paperwork was completed in a jiffy! Facility is very clean and well cared for and is easy to access - I feel very comfortable storing at this facility and very much recommend it - Truly a well managed business.

Mary Lisa was so helpful, knowledgeable, and charming. I just had the worst experience at Public Storage down the road and Mary helped me turn a horrible experience into a great one which made my day. Her customer service skills are on point. Great job with the remodel and hiring Mary Lisa!!!!
