I have worked in the furniture industry for over 20 years. I have done business with many different installation companies. It can be daunting at times to find the right fit for your needs. When you find someone who is prompt, honest, with attention to detail you stick with them. That is what I found when I started doing business with the crew at Superior. They have treated my clients and myself like family since day one. I can't say enough nice things about everyone at Superior, from the installers onsite to the owners of the company. Great service, Fast Shipping. The Steelcase Amia chair I thought might be a little firm at first, but when adjusted to your body/height is easily the MOST comfortable chair I have ever sat in. Definitely A++. The rollers are super smooth, carpet and office pad friendly.Service was great with $0 shipping and very communicative service. If you want a great value for a premium chair come here. Packaged and shipped professionally. I will get another for my actual office and not my home office.

Hello Future Superior clients,I am an account manager / designer at Commercial Design Services located in Tampa, FL. I had the pleasure of working with John and his team on several projects for a Tampa Bay Area hospital that is starting to have a presence down in West Palm Beach.From start to finish, Superior was as professional as they come. They provided quotes in a timely manner and provided daily updates after the product was ordered and received. This was a challenging time due to supply chain issues. The product that was ordered in August 2021 finally finished completion in February 2022. This was not a problem for Superior. They understood and took care of everything as if it were their own client and not an intermarket project. They made my job so much easier, especially being 4 hours away.In my opinion, the installation crew is the most important part of the project. Nothing done behind the scenes matters to the client....its the final result. My end users had nothing but positive things to say about John's team. They communicated well with the client as well as myself.Under normal circumstances, I would be at the job sit to provide some assistance but it seems that they did just fine without me.What I love about Superior is that they are a family owned business and they treat their customers and end users like family. That's what matters to me. I hope to work with Superior soon and will definitely recommend them to others.Thanks, John and Team!
