We were just leaving Munyon Island, when our 24 ft boat began taking on water. The moment I radioed for help, the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office arrived, and then radioed TowBoat US for assistance. Craig and Ryan arrived and provided a pump and towed us back to safety to the Currie Park boat ramp. These fellas were amazing and so very helpful to us, we owe them many thanks for their help.

Capt Drew saved the day today! Awesome guy, super friendly. Broke down off shore, Tow Boat US was quick to rescue us and get us home safe. Highly recommended!

Captain Owen and his assistant Tyler were very quick to respond when our boat broke down this weekend in the intracoastal near the Boynton Inlet. Owen side-towed our disabled 28ft boat back to our slip and slid us stern-first into the slip perfectly. (Owen’s boat handling skills are amazing.) Owen and Tyler were an absolute pleasure.

Have been a member for awhile and never needed the services….fortunately! Until today! Motor stopped working and left us drifting in the inter coastal. Arrives Captain Drew….he was awesome! Professional, courteous, and went above and beyond at the ramp to make sure we were out of the water and on our way! If I could leave 10 stars I would. Totally handled our situation and we couldn’t be more grateful! Thank you Cap Drew….even on your first day, you rocked!

Tow boat SAVED the day today! We broke down in west palm beach and Drew from tow boat US was over to the rescue in 15 mins! He towed us back and helped us get the boat tied up- best service ever! Thank you Captain Drew and Tow Boat US!

We’ve been a member for years and fortunately, we have never needed to call for assistance. We had battery issues while anchored off the reef in Jupiter 2 weeks ago. Captain Drew was friendly and efficient in getting us back up and running. Appreciate the quick response and professionalism.

If it wasn’t for the swift actions of Tow Boat US captains at the scene of a boat fire in Boynton Beach on June 21, 2024, many other boats could’ve been damaged. Bravo!!!

doing business with tow boat us is a professional experience. they go beyond what is required and make every member feel important.
i originally had sea tow but I fired them. they seem to be willing to do anything to NOT follow their contract. any little mistakes you make talking to them seems to be a reason to make you pay extra.
it's just remarkable the difference between these two companies. tow boat us will always be there for us members. the difference is day and night. if you don't want to be stuck paying extra go with Tow boat us!!!
