Sent porta potty with broken door that would not close, no hand santizer per our request. Took them week to come and get it with numerous complaint tickets. Had to have another company place their toilet next to there's. Was close to throwing it in dumpster where it belonged. A real shame, they used to be a dependable company with great customer service. Not sure what happened.

We have them under contract for a construction project in riviera Beach Florida and they are supposed to be cleaning the porto-lets and wash stations twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The last time they cleaned them was on the 7th it is now the 14th and they are beyond needing service. Needless to say I am recommending that my company avoid using them on any of our future projects and looking into getting them off this one. I would stay away from this company at all costs as their service is horrible and they lie and don't monitor customer service at all. You have to constantly complain. Buyer beware you have been warned !!!!

Used United restroom trailers for an event and they were the nicest and cleanest portable bathrooms!!! Highly recommend!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Absolutely the worst company you could possibly have. Currently have them on job site. Supposed to be cleaned twice a week. Only cleaned once and lied on service record that it's done twice. Have complained multiple times with no remedy to complainants.

We were hosting the 2018 U.S.G.A Four-Ball event in May of 2018. We specifically requested green color units with an early morning delivery. We waited and called on the day of delivery as the units were not here. We finally received a call at 7pm that evening the units had arrived (after our business had been closed for 3 hours). One of our employees had to leave home to go meet the delivery driver.
The units delivered were blue, red and grey. NOT WHAT WE ORDERED. When I called I was told at the time of order... they did have the green color but they don't anymore. REALLY? No solution was offered. THEN WHY DO I HAVE A CONTRACT THAT STATES GREEN COLOR ONLY?
Our contract ended on May 28th. It is now May 30th. I have been calling for 2 days to have them picked up. I was promised yesterday that they would be picked up. I called again this morning. These units are sitting on a golf course and they STINK.
This company is very unorganized and they do not deliver according to what their contract states.
I had asked for a refund of some sort but they were unwilling. They are very quick to take their money upfront which they told me if I paid earlier, I would be guaranteed a GREEN color.
I understand the nature of their business but it doesn't mean they need to operate that way! (SH***Y)

This company is a joke.
I was renting a toilet from them for my new farm, permanently until we got more established.
I was paying them to come just once a week for cleaning/servicing.
However, they sometimes would not come to clean and if you can imagine, this is not an ideal situation when it comes to "porta potties".
Most recently, I had to keep calling daily after they did not come on the designated service day. During every single call, they kept telling me that someone would 100% come out that day or the next day.
They did not come for 16 days!
After about 10 days, I asked to speak to a supervisor of some sort, because the customer service reps don't seem to have any information.
The rep tried to get ahold of about three different other people and they were all away from desk or gone for the day. They told me that someone would call me on the next business day. They did not.
They never even offered a credit or refund. I had to ask them for a credit, twice. I have not seen any credits on my account.
I can understand if they are running behind and come the following day or if they made a mistake once, but this is not the first time that they went two weeks or more without coming.
I also don't understand why they could not make it right and come the following day or a couple days later, despite several calls I made.
It got so bad that we chose to use the bushes instead of the portable toilet. As a female, this is unacceptable.
So I had enough and called them to cancel my service and pickup their toilet. They confirmed that they were having someone pickup in 2 days.
It has been at least a week since I called and their porta potty is still sitting on my property. I already called once to complain and don't know what to do.
Would not recommend this company to anyone. Absolutely ridiculous.

I work construction. Most of the time on relatively small job sites. But when it comes time to take care of business you would think that there would be a clean place to go. Not with United. They don't clean for up to a week or more. Horrible! Unless you can hold your breath for 10 minutes. The John where i am hasn't been cleaned since the 6th. It's now the 13th. Wondering if the office is kept the same or they just make the customer endure the stench?
